Was able to schedule an appointment online for the following day quickly and easily to have the front window on my car replaced. Technician (Benjamin) was super helpful and clear about the time frame it was going to take to have it replaced and even finished a little bit early. Waiting area was clean, cool, and they had coffee/water/restroom available for anyone waiting. Would definitely recommend if anyone is considering coming here.

Appointment was convenient and once I arrived they took me in right away. They finished the job in a timely fashion and did a great job. It looks like the original windshield. Staff was friendly and courteous.

We live in Texas and were on vacation when we noticed a new crack in the windshield on our 2024 Subaru Outback, so on July 15, 2024, we took our car into this Safelite location. We showed them where the new crack was and also pointed out the crack that our local Safelite had repaired. We were very specific as to which crack needed repair and which crack had already been repaired. They did not mark the crack that needed repairing.
When we got car back, they had worked on the crack that had already been repaired. To do this they had to force significantly more cracking and injected significantly more resin. This resulted in a larger more conspicuous repair that was completely unnecessary.
When we pointed this out all they said was it was "an honest mistake". They offered to add even more resin to the previously repaired crack they had mistakenly repaired in addition to repairing the crack we brought the car in for. We told them not to touch that crack and only repair the crack we had brought it in for.
This time when we got the car back, they had repaired the crack we brought it in for and had added more resin to the crack we told them not to touch.
They never offered any compensation for repairing a crack that had already been repaired and in the process making the appearance of the crack much worse than it was after we had it repaired by our local Safelite.

They wasted my time. Went through insurance, asked for oem. They rescheduled my original appointment so that when I show the oem glass is there. I get there, no oem glass. They point fingers at each other blaming the other department. The audacity of the worker when I got to this location to tell me I didn’t request oem, when it’s on the invoice. Then they tell me it’s 6 weeks out for an oem glass. Canceled the claim and got it done at the Tesla Service center instead. I will never go to Safelite.
Contacting safelite is already a hassle in itself. There’s 20 numbers to call. All automated that leads nowhere. The shop number doesn’t pick up either.
Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend

Got my windshield replaced here. A couple months later went back to see if a Crack could be fixed. According to the website, they are able to fix a crack less than 6 inches. I was told I needed another replacement even though the chipped part was smaller than a dime. They gave false information and were not helpful.

I tried to call this location directly. You can't get through. Your call is received by an automated service and none of the options would transfer me to a live person. Talk about horrible customer service. Cutting costs by using an automated answering service and ignoring customer calls is not a good practice by any business.Also the reason for my call is to confirm if my repair is still under warranty. After having the windshield replaced by Safelite, and finally having a real rain in California, water is getting inside my car. The ceiling is now wet and stained. Will Safelite correct the problem and have my car detailed and returned how it was? I will update this review once I somehow get through to a person and confirm if it's covered by their service warranty.Side note- I have had three windshields replaced by Safelite. Service during installation is pretty good. Customer service during a problem is what separates good companies from bad. Specially if you pay a premium and have one of these large chains do the work - specially if you pay out of pocket. Let's see how this turns out.

Quoted me $160 for a rock chip. They're smoking crack not fixing themEdit: to clarify It was a less than a half inch rock chip and I don't even have a smart windshield.. regardless of inflationary pressures that level of gouging is insane

I'm the owner of the Mercedes Benz of 2021 E450 coupe today that had came for the service which is unsuccessful due to ordering the wrong part, now you guys have booked one of the appt on Monday for me at 1pm without calling to confirm to verify if I could make it or not. Nobody is sitting around just to wait for the car to get fix which is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed and upsetting with the services that you guys have brought which is very inconvenience and unprofessional. I'm working at the medical field which is my time is not stable, that's the reason that I called into to book the appointment. You guys delivered the wrong service and reinserted back the glass which is even more damages. I was very concern about my safety when I'm driving on highway now. My bf left work for half day morning just to help me to fix it and wasted it half day and now you booked another day without calling to clarify with me if I could make it on that day!!!!! I am speechless and doubting about your company works and professional. I hope that I won't leave negative reviews with AAA and Yelp, but I can't help because this is a very bad services that I've ever done. My car is not cheap either and I'm paying out of pocket with cash for the services that I'm requesting to be done and I'm expecting to get it done perfectly fine without inconvenience. The fault that you guys have ordered the wrong part, but the outcome that we are the one who responsible for your faults which is unfair. And spoke my concern to the service guy, he said that it should be okay since your windshield glass has 3 layers?? Not recommending this place of service if you wanna waste your time and value.

Our initial experience with Safelite AutoGlass left much to be desired. We received a confirmation email for our appointment, so we brought our car in to have a crack in the front windshield fixed. However, upon inspection, we were informed that the crack had extended beyond repair, as it exceeded 6 inches. According to their policy, cracks over 6 inches required a complete windshield replacement, but they didn't have one in stock, so we had to make another appointment.We specifically requested an OEM windshield for our next appointment, which was confirmed for the following week. However, when we arrived 30 minutes early for our appointment, the staff couldn't locate our file. They claimed to have left a message about the unavailability of the OEM glass, but we received no such communication. This lack of communication skills was concerning, and we noticed other customers facing similar issues.It took around 2-3 weeks to obtain the OEM glass. Despite receiving a third appointment reminder, they rescheduled, leading to a fourth appointment confirmation. Upon arrival, we were informed that the repair might take the entire day, contrary to what the confirmation email stated. We waited for hours in the lobby without seeing any mechanics working on our car. We decided to return later, just before closing time, when we received a call stating that the car was ready for pickup.While we didn't immediately spot any damages or cracks, we remain cautious about potential water leakage issues after the replacement, as we've heard of such problems from others. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company to anyone of our family and friends.
