First time at a redwing store, friends from work recommended the brand and went it. I attempted to make it as soon as possible on a Sunday. I’m currently typing this at 5:02 p.m., so technically, I knocked on the door at 5 p.m. I informed him that I wanted to purchase some shoes. I aimed to arrive as soon as possible and try to make it before 5 p.m., but I arrived precisely at 5 p.m. My primary objective was to buy shoes. I will be assisted by the employee named Brian. Currently, there were still other customers inside buying shoes and fitting them out. I’ve been buying Red Wings shoes, multiple pairs, and even bringing them back for repairs for about 15years.
I’m deeply disappointed. After informing them about my request, I’m considering purchasing shoes that they couldn’t accommodate. This would have taken only about 15 minutes, as I already had the exact pair in mind. It’s disheartening that they couldn’t assist a loyal Red Wing customer who has been a valued customer at this Covina store for 15 years.

I've been a Red Wings customer for over 5 years, I enjoy my experience everytime, this past visit was exceptional because I ran in close to closing and it was a full house, with a pair of old boots in need of real care, a shoe repair shop couldn't match and would charge. I ran in and within 3 minutes met Jesse who could see the state of my situation by my boots. Long story short, I left my boots to be cared for and was presented my new favorite pair of boots! I got to get a reading on my footing using their technology, presented some options with insoles, really wish I could've walked out with but will be back for definitely. Very thankful for Jesse as I usually am doubtful on purchases for myself, but the man knew what I wanted, needed, made time to present my best options, all before closing time! I will return for those options when I pick up my old conditioned boots. That is why I've stuck with Red Wings through my trade career. Thank you Jesse.

Let me start out by saying I'm a hard person when shopping for myself. I have to try everything on, feel it, see the quality, and ask a million questions. So when I went to Red Wing Shoes in coviva, I was greeted by sales associate Robert A. He took me around the store and taught me about the different upgraded technologies throughout the years. He fitted me with some machine they have so I may get the best fit. I picked out 4 or 5 different styles with 2 different sizes for a few of them. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through my choices, He explained the history of the older model shoes, I asked tons of questions and he didn't seem perturbed one bit. After about an hour or more of my constant barrage of questions and comments, it turns out they didn't have my size at that store. He called another close store and reserved a pair for me, knowing his hard work wouldn't be repaid with a commission. His only focus was me getting in the boot of my choice. In a world where there's no more customer service, Robert A. Is a class act and a master of his craft. And red wing shoes continues to hold the bar high for it's products and employees. Robert A. and Red Wing Shoes has my business for life. Thank you for your hard work.
