Let me start out by saying I'm a hard person when shopping for myself. I have to try everything on, feel it, see the quality, and ask a million questions. So when I went to Red Wing Shoes in coviva, I was greeted by sales associate Robert A. He took me around the store and taught me about the different upgraded technologies throughout the years. He fitted me with some machine they have so I may get the best fit. I picked out 4 or 5 different styles with 2 different sizes for a few of them. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through my choices, He explained the history of the older model shoes, I asked tons of questions and he didn't seem perturbed one bit. After about an hour or more of my constant barrage of questions and comments, it turns out they didn't have my size at that store. He called another close store and reserved a pair for me, knowing his hard work wouldn't be repaid with a commission. His only focus was me getting in the boot of my choice. In a world where there's no more customer service, Robert A. Is a class act and a master of his craft. And red wing shoes continues to hold the bar high for it's products and employees. Robert A. and Red Wing Shoes has my business for life. Thank you for your hard work.

Came in knew the boots I wanted I was helped right away, brought out the boots got to try both on and was out the door in ten minutes. Awesome experience.

The best Redwings store west of the Mississippi hands down. Always great service. Used to be an Irish setter until an employee here introduced me to the Traction Tred lite. Changed my life.

Got my boots serviced for the first time. It takes about 2 days The service is free, they clean them and oil them plus you get a free pair of new laces. Thank you

The person who had helped me out, don’t know his name but he was a tall and on the thinner side with glasses and a face mask. he was super helpful though and helped me find the perfect boots for work and the comfiest and found me the best insoles that fit best for me. i would strongly recommend the red wing in covina to all of my friends and family

Robert and Matthew really helped me out today I was able to get the right shoe and comfort boots for work. They were easy to talk to and actually worked as a team to get the things I need it today and they even hammered out a boot to give me the max comfort. I recommend this store to anybody that wants a good fitted working boot. really great customer service.

I want to start by I am in the red wing system I ask for work shoes every year and im always satisfied love my work shoes from here. I will however never come back you advertise womens shoes but they never have any always discontinuing my type of shoe and nothing was offered except you can go to a farther location maybe. I need a black slip resistant shoe simple. I really wish you could carry more womens work shoes . My dad sent me here for the best but I guess you only lie in advertising about having womens shoes im glad you carry mens shoes. I will no longer shop here.
