I wish I can put 0 stars, only tablets no associates to help. Because when they do they are super rude. Worst place ever, I’m saddened places like this exist.

There is no associates to help you when you walk in. Check in is done on a tablet. Not cool for the elderly. First thing I notice it smells when you walk in. Smells like sickness and there’s no air Staff is rude just like the comments say. I show up 1 1/2 before closing check in on table. And it said 13 people ahead of. And only saw 9 people. Rude person told me they couldn’t see me. From what I gather they just denied service turn patients down to go home early.

Super easy to make the appointment. Easy to check in. As soon as I checked in I was called in for my exam. Quick and easy and efficient, plus friendly and courteous. PERFECT!

I go out a little further from my house to the Quest in Covina be cause I get great service and the phlebotomist gets my blood in one stick.. where as I was going to the quest on Colima where the phlebotomist Christina would take 3 times to get my blood.. and when the office moved the parking is not easy for a Handycap person like me or the other clients to enter the clinic... I think the parking should be in the back easy access into clinic

Awful! I tried to get a walk_in appointment, waited 3 hrs & never got called. When I finally realized they were behind by 40 min on the actual scheduled appointments, I left. The worst part is they have no check in desk or actual person helping patients.so many older folks really need assistance.I've had better experiences at labcorp, with actual humans trying to help customers. I'll stick with them.

I noticed that more help needed for people trying to sign in who do not understand computers...otherwise very easy to use. Main problem was trying to schedule an appt on line which took about 1/2 hr because it kept bouncing back to the beginning.
