They fix pretty much anything electronic that has to do with Arcades, or or vintage tube monitors.

If you are looking for classic arcade game repair, honesty, reliability, accountability, great customer service, with expertise to match, congratulations, you've found the leprechaun at the end of the rainbow in John and PNL. He was able to get my classic Super Ms. Pacman game up and running again while saving me the unnecessary burden of being taken advantage as an unknowing customer. Through his expert trouble shooting, he was able to pinpoint the problem within my game at a price that is beyond reasonable. He honored both his word and his warranty with no hesitation. If only there were more honest and hardworking professionals like John who are unwilling to take advantage of unsuspecting customers, the world would be a much better place. If you are considering a repair technician for your classic arcade games, - in my opinion- you've just found the best in the GAME! Bring your games and electrical needs to PNL and leave your worries at home. Everyone has choices, but don't say you weren't told about this little secret found in PNL! Thanks again John, you are greatly appreciated.

I sent a chassis to be diagnosed and fixed. They did complete and board works great. I am giving a bad review because they do not understand the term "flat rate". They said it was a flat rate fee for my board, however when it was completed they charge me an additional $30. the money isn't the issue rather the lack of the flat rate fee. they said it was to fix it. that the flat rate fee was if the board worked fine, I'm not sure why I would send it to them then. I recapped the monitor myself, so this should have save a lot of labor. I also sent them my old vertical sync chip as I thought it was bad, this was not the case. I told them I wanted it back. They did not send it back. Whoever answers the phone is not professional as he argued with me about what I can only imagine means flat rate to him. Will not use their services again.

I saw PNL thru an ad they had on eBay for chassis repair, but in the ad they specified "MONITOR" repair. I had bought a non-working Super Pac-Man Cocktail table, and had re-capped the non-working chassis myself. And it had worked great for a while, until the colors started bleeding. So I believed I had a bad tube, and wanted a place that did "MONITOR REPAIR" not just chassis repair. I even took two old 19" TVs with me, just in case either of them had a tube that could be made to work. I had seen Nathan Scruggs review where John had replaced the tube for his Robotron using the tube from an old 19" TV, and had high hopes for John possibly repairing mine with a replaced tube. But John took one look at mine (still installed in the game, still sitting in my vehicle), and said it had some bad caps. When they replaced the bad caps they also re-warmed/re-flowed some cold solder joints. I'd always heard you need to re-warm/re-flow all the solder joints, but I hadn't done that. It worked great and looked great. When I got it home it Worked great -- for about an hour, then went bad again. I took it back and John knew exactly what it was -- a resistor in some part of the circuit had gone bad, which normally prevents a voltage increase in the wrong direction across the polarity of the capacitors. He replaced the bad caps again, and replaced the resistor, and it has been working great now ever since! I have run it for seven or eight hours several times, and eleven hours once. No problems at all, and it looks beautiful! John said he had intended to test/replace that resistor the first time, but had forgotten it by mistake. He was happy to fix it again, and apologized for the mistake. He also said my tube was strong, and was in no need of replacement at all. In all likelihood, if I had known about the bad resistor and replaced it when I first did the re-cap, it would have stayed looking good. But I had no such knowledge, and John knows these things up and down, back and forth. There may have been a time when there was a shop in every town that did TV repair that might could have fixed this, but today there are none to be found. I can only hope John's business stays good enough for him that he can still be there, because if video game CRT monitor repair is needed, his is THE PLACE I want to go!

PNL has fixed 3 of my NANAO (2930s) chassis at reasonable prices. This is not an easy chassis to fix and PNL handle them great! They look amazing in my Sega Blast City cabinets now! If you have Candy cabinets with a difficult chassis, this is the place to send it to (and probably one of the only places)!

I brought a WG K7500 monitor with a necked tube that was in my Robotron and a 19 inch TV that my neighbor was getting rid of. The impedance of the new yoke was off so Jon managed to swap the yokes with the old one, swapped the new tube and yoke in, recapped, and put in a new flyback transformer, as he said the picture was flickering with the old one. They called me and it was ready to pick up the very next day. Before the tube got necked it was dim, blurry, the color was poor, just a mess. Jon said I was lucky to have found such a pristine 19" tube to swap in, but it's now like a new monitor. I couldn't be happier about it.

If you have an old monitor or classic arcade these guys can fix it. They used to specialize in just monitors but now do board work also. Ive brought about a dozen arcades, monitors and chasis to them for repair over the past few years. They usually fix within a day or two which is awesome. John is the owner and the only one that speaks english. He is friendly enough but he does not like to give any details on what they actually did to fix the game. They also do just the bare minimum to get the game working.

I had a Japanese arcade monitor chassis that had gone bad, first thought was to buy another one. After looking i found out the last time they were available was over 10 years ago and they were insanely expensive then. I finally found PNL after searching online. I had called probably 10 other companies who could not repair this board or wanted what it cost new to repair it. PNL were able to repair the board and get it back to me within a two week period for 1/4 the price of what the other companies had quoted me.
