If you want your job done right in a reasonable amount of time, don't take it your car here. They have no communication, they promise things will get done by a certain point and you have to keep calling to get answers only to find out nothing has been done. I would call and ask for an update since they never once call me in the 2 month process, get told yeah I'll follow up by this date, and that didn't happen. The car was here for over 2 months and still not everything was done that I had asked. Willie likes to make excuses for things and play it off as if that's normal. It wasn't until I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction with the whole process and how they communicate did I receive my first update from them. The car was in an accident and he didn't bother to touch the passenger seat belt which I had asked him to do and the front seat was completely broken and they didn't catch that either. The body work looked good but you can tell things were rushed but the car was here for over 2 months so it made me wonder how much they actually worked on the car. Overall I was just happy to get the car back and the paint looked pretty good but they replaced the whole AC system and the they didn't do this right either. The compressor would kick on and off on a regular basis and I couldn't figure out what was going on. The system wasn't flushed properly. I spoke with Willie and he let me know he would have me take it to his mechanic and he would cover the cost. When the time came, he didn't respond back to me or answer my phone calls. After they were paid $7000 for a job, that's how they treated their customer. I took my car to a different mechanic and I got the seat belt replaced and the AC fixed for $260 dollars. I won't bother trying to recover this money but that is what led me to leave this review. Just bad customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone here because of how they do business. Learned my lesson big time
