This review has nothing to do with the elderly man who assisted me. He was kind and helpful - management on the other hand? Total scammers.I came in for a passport photo for my new passport appointment the following day. It went smoothly, again thanks to the sales associate who helped me. During my passport appointment they informed me they couldn't take my photos due to a small issue with my hair showing. No big deal. But I couldn't leave to go to Pak Mail and retake the photo, so I took a new one at the Post Office to keep my appointment.I called this establishment after letting them know that my photo wasn't accepted and to ask for a refund. The sales associate said he'd ask. I've worked at a postal establishment like this before and easily we would've given a refund since the mistake is on us. But several hours later I was informed a "store policy" said I could only retake the photo and not get a refund. I requested if I could get refunded another way and if I could talk to a manager. I was told they'd give me a call back. Almost a week now, I've gotten no reply.My frustration is if this was a policy, why was it 1) not told to me during my transaction 2) not posted anywhere in the store. I was told this specific policy was in my receipt but I highly doubt that. It's a bummer rather than own up for a mistake they made, they decided to blame me for some secret policy.I noticed the manager likes to reply and argue with reviewers who criticize this establishment on this page. I will gladly own up to any mistakes I've made in this transaction, but again, from my experience as a customer and postal worker, this felt like a very scummy and unfair interaction. Again, all the sales associates I've interacted with here are wonderful. Management definitely needs some lessons in providing good service.

Dropped off a box on 5/23 and tracking still saying it's at there location and hasn't been picked up by ups but the worker is saying it did get picked up he's no help at all asked him to look around the whole store to see if it's there and he didn't even bother looking just said no it's not still no update on my box or no clue where it is.

BEWARE - Scammers! They poorly packed a $1000+ sculpture, admitted it was poorly packed, and it arrived broken. I paid for insurance on it and they said they filed a claim and gave excuses for several months until I contacted UPS and discovered no claim had been filed. When I finally got them to process the claim with UPS, it was of course denied. They said they filed an appeal but only filed one after I checked and discovered none was filed. I had to ship them back the package for their claim, and since the denial, they refused to pay me any amount or return the sculpture. Liandra, the owner, and Alisa, refused to respond to me, and did not respond to the Better Business Bureau. UPDATE: after threatening to contact the police, they finally returned my sculpture in three pieces and the large marble base missing. There were loose screws in the box. The photo is what the sculpture looked like, and what was returned after over a year of hassle. What they did was criminal and I hope Pakmail, UPS, Covina PD, and the courts agree. Unbelievable.

AVOID at all costs if you're shipping anything of value. And insurance won't help. An auction house recommended them as a shipper and they improperly packed a $1000+ sculpture (with just packing peanuts) and it arrived broken in several places. I got insurance on the piece but it took dozens of calls and emails to finally get them to process the claim with UPS, which of course was denied because of their improper packing. Pakmail even admitted they should have packed it differently. Despite that, they are refusing to pay for the damage and the owner (Liandra) has never personally tried to rectify the situation, relying instead on other employees (like Alissa, who tried to help), which was totally unprofessional. Worst shipping experience ever.

I visited Pak Mail Covina and am left astounded by my experience. ****Printed 37 pages (black/white) from e-mails calculating to $2.10 per page for cost of $77.95**** An upcoming trip required printing itinerary and my printer is down. I went to Pak Mail. The various itineraries were divided on 12 emails. I was met by a helpful friendly clerk. I forwarded the emails for printing of the email or the attachment on it. I was advised it was $5.00 computer service plus $.35 per sheet (x31). I paid $15.85 and left with the docs. I returned shortly when I found another email I needed printed. The Clerk was being texted by boss followed by phone call advising it was $5.00 computer service PER email + $.35 per sheet charge. The clerk apologized for his error and re-calculated what I owed Pak Mail with the additional email I brought in with 6 pages. I paid an additional $62.10! TOTAL $77.95! AFTER I paid he said in the future I should place all attachments under one email ($5.00 computer service) and pay the $.35 per sheet printing. I left speechless. That lack of communication before the transaction cost be about $60.00. Out of curiosity, I called UPS on Azusa, Covina and they charge $2.50 per email. Why such a difference?? To be clear, I paid $77.95 to print 37 black/white pages off 13 emails.

Avery did flyers for me and petitions designed by him. He did an excellent job. I was not able to find another company to do this. Avery is studying graphic design at school. I also like there other services they have. People are friendly and helpful. Thank you Avery for the time you put in!

This place is awesome-!!!! I didnt have a label or know how to print it and they figured out a way to print my label. They took care of me and didnt charge me to print the label. They were very helpful, informative, friendly and energetic they really take pride in there work. Ill definitely be using them again.
