I recently had an outstanding experience at the storage unit in Covina, and I want to give a special shout-out to the amazing and kind staff. Patrisha, in particular, made my experience exceptionally welcoming, warm, and safe. Her thorough and organized approach ensured that all my questions were addressed, leaving me reassured about the entire process. Patrisha's cool and friendly demeanor extended beyond the professional realm; we even had a delightful conversation about bands like the Aquabats. A big thank you to her and the entire staff at the Covina location for their exceptional service and creating a positive atmosphere! Also, beyond their warm and welcoming customer service, the facility is consistently well-maintained, clean, and organized. There are always plenty of clean carts available, and the premises look impeccably swept, reflecting the hard work put in to keep it in top-notch condition. Managing a storage facility with a high influx of people must be challenging, but the staff here excels. Choosing this location was a wise decision, as it stands out amidst disappointing experiences with other companies. Every visit feels like a breeze, making our storage journey truly remarkable!

Trisha!!!!!! Main reason for the 5 stars. The facility is really nice clean and I don't feel as though I'm entering a zombie bunker. 5 stars for Trisha because she really helped me out figuring out my best options for what size etc I might need. I had recently had a very unexpected move it was really hard. I didn't know what to expect but one thing that really made me feel good and secure in this place was that the Trisha was able to listen to what it is I was looking for which I think is a lost art now a days and gave me not only the recommended option but put herself in my shoes. I didn't feel pressured to move forward I didn't feel pressured to get something bigger. I've been to other storage places and they were either one or all of the not friendly not helpful the place wasn't clean wasn't welcoming etc you can tell Trisha really takes pride in her work because she really is present and helpful. And is the sole and only reason I decided to get a unit at one storage.
Facility itself is amazing I will say that again clean organized and not sketchy in any way.
Trisha if you remember me... Thank you so much for all your help.

Planned on looking around for storage units and came here first. Glad I DID!!! Myla and Patricia were great. The units are so clean. They made the whole experience very easy and friendly!
