just took 3 items to get hemmed (a skirt and 2 pants) and they came out PERFECTLY. only paid about $40 and it was finished within the week. definitely recommend this place!

First time going there and I was happy for the results. I needed the suit for my fiancé and the owner didn't hesitate to iron the suit. The price was reasonable and within a few hours it was done. Definitely going back. It's really close and excellent pricing. I am a happy customer.

please beware dont use this businesshorrible service i left a wedding dress to be cleaned on may 30 & was told not to worry that my dress will be ready if not bu wed June 7th before that i would get a call when its ready. wed passed thrus came it was 6:10 pm still no call i called them and was giving the excuse that he was very busy and that he was just about to call me and that for me to give him a second to see if the dress was infact ready he states it is so since i seen that the hours of operation stated they close at 6pm I told him I will pick it up tomorrow friday he said ok. I show up today friday @12:25 to pick up the dress i needed for sunday & inspect it and the same stains that the dress had when dropping it off were still there & he tells me oh well its because you brought it to me at a busy time & not all stains come off i asked to take pictures of the stains and he moved it off the rack & decides to hold it away from me.i told him i dont think its right that you are scamming me for money on a job you didn't fulfill this is not right ill pay half since the stains are still there & if you say you were very busy why not just be honest & say i wont be able to clean the dress im sorry & i would have understood & went elsewhere but no you decide to accept the job and not fulfill it so long story short. i had to contact covina pd because he refused to meet somewhere in the middle for a job that wasn't fulfilled & even the officer said the same thing why not be honest when he was explained everything sadly this was my first & last time i will be trusting this business so please beware inspect your clothing because if your paying for a job its only fair & right that it gets fulfilled fyi when you do call the man out on stains he will get upset and start to give you attitude & tell you he doesnt care if you give them a bad review stay away really its not worth coming here

Steven is always so upbeat and pleasant! As regular customers, he knows our names and treats us with respect and courtesy. He is always willing to make things right, should our clothes not come out as expected. My clothes are usually ready when asked, but there have been a few times where he was running behind. HOWEVER, HE HAS NEVER RUINED OR LOST ANY OF MY CLOTHING AFTER 5+ YEARS, SO I AM GRATEFUL. Steven has come through for me when I needed rush jobs as well! I look forward to continuing to patronize Nice Cleaners because overall, it has been a NICE experience!

Great service, very friendly and outgoing owner andprices are very competitive and affordable. Located in a small strip mall, it is very easy to locate with the large, red "Cleaners" signs over the store. Highly recommend if you are in the area

First time using this dry cleaning service and I was impressed! I walked in and met Steven who gave me a quote on 3 long sleeve dress shirts and told me they'd be ready in 2 days. Perfect price and great turn around time. I went back to pick up my shirts and I was very pleased! Steven was there to greet me again with his nice, welcoming smile and pleasant personality.I will definitely come back and use this place as my future dry cleaners. Thanks to Steven and the rest of the staff! Very professional and I highly recommend them!!!!!FYI- THEY OPEN AT 8AM

This cleaners is the worst. Lost my brand new sweater i had only wore once. Had me waiting over almost 2months leading me on with a "claim" when I asked for the claim number. He said he let me know. I called about once a week always telling me a diffrent excuse. Would not pay me for my sweater that was 60 dollars tells me I can only pay you 40. Then the other items did not even get cleaned and were ruined. DO NOT COME HERE!

Took pair Levi's to get press with no cress I ask for, when I pick them up I had cresses on the side, the press was as good as putting them under my mattress. No good xxxxx not recommended..JP.
