Walked in and was immediately "helped" more like forced to buy this promotional phone they were selling. I was charged $260 for a phone that has zero 5g is slow as all hell and can barely even watch a YouTube video on. Come to find out the phone online brand new is $38. Also if you buy a phone even full price it's considered an "upgrade" so yeah they wouldn't let me return the phone less then 48 hours of owning it. These men that run this place are rude and a joke to metro. I'm changing services at the end of my bill cycle

I'm not sure if Mr. Agee is spread about the Metro store on Gladstone when he says North Azusa but the same thing happy to me there. They tried to over charge me for a Sim card and were real rude to me even while I was on the phone with a Metro representative. The rep I was on the phone with asked to speak to the store clerk and told him why he was going to charge me that much and he said that was what his manager told him to charge even tho advert said $10 dollars. The rep on the phone told me to leave that store and go to another so I came to this one on Citrus. Boy, what a difference. I was helped right away and charged the correct price, 10 dollars less than the other place as advertised. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I think I was helped by Eric. He was very nice and very informative. Thank you Eric, keep up the good work and don't ever transfer to the Azusa store !! ? ???

I can't speak for anybody else. I was disrespected at the location on North Azusa. I came to this location for help with my router. They took their time with me. My router was bad so they gave me a new one, took care of the charges for me and now I'm home Happy with Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this location over any other location within 10 MI. Thank

The guy in here is a lying crook. Sold me that home hot spot guaranteeing me that I would have strong 5G service at my address and also so said I'd get a discount with a new phone. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM if I could bring it back if there was a problem and he said "yes". After spending $425, I took it home, set it up, and never got above 2-3 bars. Even with those couple of bars, I could not even browse the web let alone stream anything. Went back today to get a refund, and I said all he could do is $55 for the modem. He lied about any discount from buying a phone and about being able to get a refund. I really hope something bad happens to that guy....

This is for the Metro PCS on No. Citrus in Covina, CA. I have been a loyal customer with Metro for over 8 years and have never had a problem. Have always dealt with the store on 500 N. Azusa Ave in West Covina with no problems. A few weeks ago when they didn't have the phone that I wanted to purchase I went to the Metro PCS on 1385 No. Citrus in Covina, CA. They had the phone I wanted but quoted me a different price then was advertised online, the man offered me a 100 dollar discount so I purchased the phone. While I was completing the purchase he kept trying to sell me other products such as a tablet and a charger block which I declined. Later in the day I checked my account online and saw that my monthly plan had a new price of 10 dollars more a month that I was paying. I called customer service and was told that it was because I had purchased insurance on the new phone. I assured them that I had not done that and the representative adjusted the price. I also told them about the price difference on the phone, but because of the discount I let that go. Bottom line is I would not feel comfortable ever doing business with the No. Citrus store again as I feel that they were a little underhanded with the whole transaction. I still like Metro PCS or new name Metro by T-mobile But I will be very careful about which store I shop at. Sticking with my original store on 500 N. Azusa Ave in West Covina.

This metro ox’s was great when I went I wasn’t going to purchase my first iPhone yet but the employee told me about a great deal they had an couldn’t refuse I walked out the door with a brand new iPhone 11 for Less then 500 and the price I pay is great the due date of my bill is also a winner I can’t complain about nothing

The manager of this store goes above and beyond her call of duty as a manager! She is awesome ??. She knows everything about cell phones. She will NOT sell you anything you canNOT Afford. If you have any problems with your phone she will look at it and try to help you before you decide to trade it in and purchase a new one. Actually, the entire staff is helpful and knowledgeable
