Highly recommend Lowe’s here in Azusa. The staff were so helpful and supportive of our needs. Usually go to Home Depo because it’s so close to our home but I will be shopping at Lowe’s now!

The store itself is great and the guy at the self check out was Awesome!
The rest of the Lowe's employees and including the supervisors ignore you. I was passed up by 9 associates and not one of them made eye contact. Very poor customer service. If I was a secret shopper, they would have failed miserably...

I called to find out what carrier will be delivering an item that would be delivered to me. The girl named Dominique said she had no idea as it’s a third party that’s used for deliveries. She had no helpful information just said she didn’t know.

I purchased a few items at self check. First, if they don't trust you why have self checkout. 2nd, the young lady that was overseeing all the registers, her name is Jenny was very rude and approached me in a very aggressive manner indicating that one of the items I was attempt6to purchase was not a package of three but a package of one ( fabric softbers) 15 dollars for one box of three. She would not honor the three packages that were attached together with a lot of masking tape. She thought I put those three boxes together. Thats how they were on the shelf. MOD would not honor it either and she said someone was trying to be shady by taping them together. Unacceptable. Jenny needs to be a little more tactful.

I walked in with a po# from the company I work for to pick up a water heater, was met by a young man on a power trip by the name of “Kevin” who held his nose up and denied me my material for an hour saying “I don’t have you as an alternative pick up” then without getting the information he wanted handed over the water heater no problem after wasting my time

Placed online order and was sent a receipt with a barcode to pickup in a locker. This was great. I scanned the barcode From my phone and a locker door opened with my purchases. I really liked this. Fast and no contact. Highly recommend this.4/4/24 Lowes has some good sales on spring gardening supplies.
