I bought kitchen cabinets and John O. from designs helped us and he was AWESOME. He was informative, patient, professional and friendly which helped so much because we couldn't decide on what we wanted and because of his patience it made the whole process easier. Thanks John! Wow what a great experience I had yesterday at the pro shop Kimberly was so knowledgeable and helpful found everything I needed gave me great customer service and was so patient this is one of the best experiences I've had in any Lowe's thank you to Kim V and Rebecca for all their help and getting my project done properly I give this place 10 Stars and always will continue to make the extra drive down to Covina Lowe's

i love my local lowes. everyone here has been great to me for years now. recently jackie helped me with a pick up. the young filipino brother who works at the returns counter is always amazing. the paint guy is amazing and i got some killer deals on some valspar elasto paint for $13 bucks a gallon!!! everyone is so nice here.

Maybe u just too use to Home Delot, find Lowe's to be not as easy to navigate. Also their return policy is more strict.

I came in today (11/14/2023 at 8:15pm) to buy some appliances for my kitchen. Danny was absolutely amazing! He's a very respectful and sweet man. His customer service was fantastic and he was able to help us out with everything! I highly recommend asking for him when you go to Lowe's. Thank you so much Danny!

Beware if you're buying an appliance at LOWES their extended warranty is a scam to steal customers money I bought a washing machine 3 years ago got five year extended warranty my pump went out n they denied my claim with ridiculous excuses claiming that customer has to go behind washer n clean hoses as if I'm a technician even if this is true no salesman at LOWES explained this to me they also claimed that it's in an unsafe environment because it's in the garage but that's were my hookup s are located this leads me to believe that LOWES n extended warranty company are in a scam so you're forced to buy new aplaiance so they can increase sales but I will never buy another appliance at LOWES n will spread word to friends n family to avoid this nightmare n shop somewhere where they appreciate their customers you been warned do not buy any appliances at LOWES !!!!!!!!!!! Here's more truth to my story got it fixed technician said it was pump they go out n that he doesn't understand why LOWES warranty denied my claim I had to pay out of pocket instead of my warranty covering it they just wanted to save money and easier to blame customer to avoid doing their job this customer no longer doing business at LOWES

Do NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY * I've had the worst experience with Lowe's extended warranty. I filed a claim in early September for my almost 4 year old Kitchen aid Fridge. I was sent a tech who wasn't specialized in kitchen aid- after calling their 3rd party call center I finally got a specialized tech on 9/16. The tech advised me he was going to order parts for repairs. I called the 3rd party contractors several times for eta on parts and they somehow don't have any idea of what ETAs are. The repair contractor also had no idea what escalating to a supervisor meant because they denied me the process of addressing my concerns. After multiple phone calls I was told 10/9 (today) I would finally have a tech making repairs- I was told to unplug my fridge 48 hours before (which I did) Come to find out the 1st tech didn't order my parts and the man sent today couldn't make any repairs- "we'll call you when we get the parts." Immediately after, i returned a phone call to appliance repair from Burbank and again - was told I couldn't speak to any supervisor and that additional parts would arrive by this week and that a tech would come out again to my home by this Saturday Now after plugging my fridge back on - it doesn't cool anything at all - and this whole experience has been a nightmare - I regret purchasing my appliance thru lowes and if they're okay with this type of customer service from their contractor I want to give heads up to others thinking about investing on a major appliance with them

We are retired seniors who have been loyal Lowe's consumers for more than 20 years & never had a problem until we had floors installed this February. Their contractors, Keller Interiors, sent a man & his wife to install laminate floors. We were told to expect "a team" but a couple came to demo & install the floors. In the process, they removed layers of previous tile & linoleum. That was fine, except they also removed the bathroom sub flooring so the floor was not level in a few areas. They could have suggested we add more support under the floor before installing the new floor, but they did not. Over 4 months, the floor sustained a cracked plank in the bathroom & soft spots in the hallway. Their 2 inspectors blamed it on a toilet leak, possible shower leak, & probable shoddy previous work by our own contractor & left. They claimed we needed 4 more boxes of planks to repair the "water damaged" ones. This was after being very verbally disrespectful to our daughter on the phone & in person (when she tried to explain about good customer service & how to fix the problem because she has worked for several years with office installers). They bounced on the floor & said, "I feel water under the floors! You have a leak! This isn't our fault!" We called our own licensed contractor to inspect the areas for leaks, remove the toilet, & find the problem. He found NO WATER around the toilet or under the floors! NO DAMPNESS anywhere in the bathroom nor hallway! Not a surprise to us, but sad to think Keller Interiors would not even try to find the problem. Shame on them! Shame on Lowe's for partnering with a company with such poor customer service! As always, Buyer Beware!

06/19 around 10pm my new water heater purchased on 06/07 AO Smith 100 series 40 gallon gas started to back fire. Sounded like a person hitting the walls, turned of gas and water to prevent any dangers. Called for warranty on 06/20 and could only schedule a 06/21 appointment. Service tech checked water heater and seen its a defect! The replacement part is ordered and will arrive on 06/23 (Not including installation). Lowes won't return without manufacture approval and manufacture will not approve for a exchange due to part will be sent.This means no hot water for around 4 days or more!Manufacture even had the nerve to say that I could purchase another water heater if I wanted hot water sooner. Next time I might just by refurbished fo a quarter of the costA house with a elderly disabled veteran, kid, and myself that leaves for work at 2am...

Horrible customer service, sarcastic employees, and told me she had only women working when a gentleman helped me and was literally sitting there. Telling me she wouldn't take my Lowe's card As payment after I spent $8000 at this location in 3 days. All they do is waste people's time and are so rude it's frustrating. Avoid this place at all cost......HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE RUDE RUDE

Customer service is horribly poor. Spoke with three so called customer service representatives, two claiming to be managers, Ted being the last one. I have never received such an unprofessional treatment from a store like Lowe's that advertises customer care. They care none for the customer, act condescending and leave you talking to yourself. If you want good quality items and great customer service for the money you are paying, this is NOT the place to go. Wish a no star was available for review, but this is as low as one can give.

Found a scratch n dent microwave for $159. New one is on sale for $199. Asked manager if he'd discount a little more since a new one is only $40. Spoke with manager. He said no. Then we asked if we buy it as is, can we return if it has issues. Manager said no. Wtf? He was so abrupt and unhelpful. Then when we decided to just get the new one for $199, they were not in stock. We ask to buy the one for $159 and now manager says he has to send it back because it was in the wrong box. Really, Lowes? No wonder everyone is hanging at the HOME DEPOT!
