I bought kitchen cabinets and John O. from designs helped us and he was AWESOME. He was informative, patient, professional and friendly which helped so much because we couldn't decide on what we wanted and because of his patience it made the whole process easier. Thanks John! i love my local lowes. everyone here has been great to me for years now. recently jackie helped me with a pick up. the young filipino brother who works at the returns counter is always amazing. the paint guy is amazing and i got some killer deals on some valspar elasto paint for $13 bucks a gallon!!! everyone is so nice... read full comment

Maybe u just too use to Home Delot, find Lowe's to be not as easy to navigate. Also their return policy is more strict.
