“Johnny's is a good stop for this neighborhood, the owner will work on getting you any type of alcohol you want if they don't carry that brand. I'm a smoker and he got me the flavor of AS that nobody carries but is the flavor I smoke. And that was within a month of occasionally stopping. They're helpful, the only bad thing is it's an 80 cent charge for using a card but tis LA county.”

“I've never rated a liquor store before, but I thought I would simply because the owner of the place, Raman, was such a nice guy! I don't go in all the time or anything...but when I do he always has a great attitude. As far as a liquor store goes, he has a well stocked inventory, with a constant changing of special;s on hot selling brands. I guess as far a liquor stores go, Starlite has a similar inventory to other place, but it was the service from Raman that really made me smile! Cheers!”

“I give it four stars because they have a great selection of wine Etc and their owner seems knowledgeable and helpful. I'm always looking for exceptional prices on allocated whiskeys and while these guys have some in stock they're not in the market to fight for the lowest price. It's a competitive market right now and they know they'll sell what they have on the shelves so if you're looking for the best price in town it's not here. That said it seems like a great place to swing by and grab what you need.”
