It states it closes at 7 pm on Sundays but that is not true. I walked in at 5:40 and the cashier from across the entry way loudly said, "We close in 20 minutes." I looked puzzled but before I could process what she said she again said loudly, "We close in 20 minutes." Needless to say it was a quick trip and I did not buy anything. I wish they would update the hours since they are few and far between and some people drive a ways to go to a Joann's.

I love Joann! I love buying Stuff I need for sewing, Cricut supplies and everything especially using their coupons which I saved lots. This Covina location has many options and it's one of my favorite store but.... there is one their cashier Cathy is really grumpy and not really helpful. Thanks to their manager Jorge for the kind help.

I go to the store fairly often for craft supplies I’ve had a good experience when it’s a younger person in their early 20s. But there’s some lady that’s always there and every time I go even if she doesn’t help me I can hear her talking to other customers and she just sounds so snotty. Rude and unhelpful. One time I was waiting to get fabric cut, and I didn’t ring the bell or anything and she said “just a minute”. All aggressive and annoyed. And I just called for a pick up order and basically she sounded annoyed that I was asking if my order was still there and basically told me she didn’t want to look because there was a line my guess is that she’s a manager, but I truly think she needs to find another job because clearly she is unhappy and making it everyone else’s problem

The service was horrible here, I didn't feel welcomed at all. There is this one employee that seems to hate being there. I was really uncomfortable shopping here.

I don’t come here in the evenings/nights anymore. The rude older lady worker with glasses who also never seems to pull up her pants (please pull up your pants!) always has an attitude. She is not very friendly or welcoming. The mangers are also not the most friendly either. The time to come is in the mornings, much friendlier workers. It’s not perfect but it’s ok, it has everything I need.

this place was an overall great place to purchase materials. however, it took quite some time for me to be able to receive my orders. everyone was friendly, so it was still a nice place to visit!
