Overall experience was not good. Usually, I have done our taxes in the past, but we had some additional circumstances that i was not sure of. We went in on a Saturday with an appointment, and I was told it should not be a problem. Because there was so much to go through, we dropped off everything needed to prepare our taxes.A few hours later, I received a call saying everything was complete. I went back the next day, but apparently, there was a problem. I was told to come back Tuesday, and her supervisor would review everything. He said he would make the corrections (although our taxes were already filed with the mistakes).When we went back a few days later, our taxes were fixed (by the supervisor), but we're told we would have to pay for them to file an amended tax (for their mistakes) and it would cost us $143. I paid it, just to get this process overThe employees were very friendly, but I do not believe they are trained very well. I would not refer anybody to this tax service.
