It's easily missed, because it sits facing the side of Home Depots Garden Center (closest to the entrance off Gladstone). The agents were knowledgeable and patient. Diego and Domenic, willingly answered all my questions.”

“The T-Mobile authorized retailer in Upland on Mountain Avenue was very helpful in straightening out and starting my service after hours or I should say days of delays in service. Alyssa had my problem fixed in no time and we sure appreciated that. T-Mobile in Upland has the latest cell phone communications available. There’s plenty of parking with the handicapped stalls at the front entrance.”

“Make An Appointment!!! I walked in at 11:30 my appointment was 11:40. My name was called right away after I signed in. There was 20 people waiting & were not happy cuz they were not aware of making appointments. It's a very big place but not enough people working there.”

“I switched from ATT to T-Mobile in September, and it was not from this store, but I encountered problems when transferring data, and it didn't solve the problem after uploading to iCloud for four days. A girl from this store spent almost an afternoon to help me sort out the data transfer and many apps. She really helped me a lot. I was very touched by her patience, and it was free.”

“I came in after reading the reviews. I know I was taking a big chance. My representative was Mosies M. Stores have unrealistic sales goals of their employees and to meet their quotas. Not once did I feel the corporate pressure from Mosies. He was very patient and knowledgeable. At first I thought he was the manager due to his tone and professionalism. But this store off foothills, they got it going on, fix both of my issues, after leaving that Gary st store, I was ready to pull the trigger on t- mobile .... thanks to guys off foothill, I will stay a little long.”

“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”
