Wonderful store well organized . Super friendly staff at the cafeteria ( was impress by the older gentleman who went out of his way to get my cake which was sold out ) .very clean . Beautiful view from tje cafeteria . Clear path . Plenty of choices . Very modern design . Feels just like ikea in europe . Great coffee ! I absolutely love this store and location . I keep on coming back again and again . Very affortable price compare to other furniture stores or home decor store. Plenty of parking space . Absolutely love ikea . Will be back again ?

Great stock, cafeteria with delicious food, I've purchased a down duvet insert, 2 sets of bedding sheets, a TV stand and a patio furniture NÄMMARÖ set, everything of a great quality. I designed a custom tablecloth and a holder bag for smaller items, and altogether it looks so stylish, my friends say like at an expensive restaurant :)

There is no quick getting out of this store. They have self-service checkout but won't open additional lanes if the line goes back through the warehouse. If they are going to make us check ourselves out, at least open the available lanes to do so or pay us for our time.

Normally, I'm very happy with my experience here. Today, however, was very disappointing. I ordered a bed set online on Saturday and was assured that I would get it on Tuesday, my day off. I waited until my pickup schedule and then received an email that the mattress was unavailable and would be refunded. I waited all day until I finally got the OK to pick up the frame. After logging in and re-logging in a few times, they come out with some legs and a fabric frame cover! I canceled the order right away. The legs were even not at the listed price in-store!
TLDR: in-store =great! Online order=bad!

In trying to automate the check stand and their customer service, this place has lost what was most appealing about it. Ease of shopping experience and customer service
No one greets you. No one acknowledges you. The tap to pay never works and when it does it throws an error code and you have to wait for someone to come clear it just so you can do the whole thing all over again.
Their “food court” at the end of the store has all of the same problems as noted above.
Places like this are the reason companies like Amazon are taking over. There is no such thing as good customer service any more… especially at ikea

Perfect place to stop and get a decent breakfast for a reasonable price. The Swedish meatballs are a must!!
