There's very little support here. Office connection was down, so we were literally sitting there for half an hour for the rep trying to get tech support to finish our taxes, NO ANSWER from their H&R block tech support..... we had to drive to another damn location to try and finish. HIGHLY recommend not going to this location, or even bet on relying on H&R block tech support to help any of your tax issues, they're just not reliable
