So far, so good. 1st time here, they are currently working on my car, and already I can see how thorough they are with checking everything to figure out my car problems.
It's not easy to find a mechanic that will be honest, thorough, and reasonable on their quotes.
So far, I highly recommend Gem Auto Repair shop, I cone from Lake Elsinore and will continue to have this shop as my mechanic.

The main worker hangs up the phone while you are talking to them. Don't bother going here because of the terrible customer service. If you buy something you won't be able to return it soon since the guy is rude. Find another place to buy parts and work on cars.

Alfonso is the tech that helped me . I needed an interlock installed and he said a couple hours . The company said 1 hour but he was taking 3 1/2 hours so my wife called to complain and ask why it's taking so long (which is appropriate) but he hadn't even started . He lied and said he's working on it . He then calls me when he finds out he's not going to finish and blames it on her and says your wife called angry and i don't want to finish the job so you can go somewhere else . The worst place to go to and very unprofessional.

Every time I have come up to covina from Victorville, I am told that the guy that I am supposed to talk too decided to go home for the day, and every time I am told that he comes in at a different time. I am very annoyed I will not come here again.
