Called before my visit. Simply needed an embroidered patch sewn quickly. Maria was very communicative on her schedule and mentioned she would be stepping out for lunch, having known that I got there before she left. Price given over the phone was about $10 given the approx. size. Parking is located in the back of the 2 story corner building. It is a one way parking lot with the entrance on La Cienega. Business is located on the bottom floor right when entering the lot. I arrived 30 minutes before closed for lunch and Maria quickly retrieved the item from me and turned around to sew it right there and then. Less than a minute later it was done and she kindly didn't charge for her service. The kind gesture that started my day.

Called to get prices, the person that answered was rude and short. practically hung up on me. I just needed my pants hemmed up didnt think it would take a week for that ;(

Found this shop while looking for a tailor to hem my Matron of Honor dress for my sister's wedding. Maria was able to have the dress ready in time and the hem was perfect!

Rude. Unhelpful. That's really the only way to put it. Came on a Tuesday and was told, "I'm only working today, and won't be back till The following Monday."Don't waste your time.

I needed to get my tux pants hemmed for a wedding and was provided great service by Maria. I had the pants hemmed by another tailor and it didn't feel right. Maria was very friendly, prompt on the service, and did a really fantastic job. I would highly recommend her again. A truly 5 star experience.

Ruined a new suit. There was major bunching all along the back seem and shoulders/whole suit is drastically lopsided.She had forgotten about the suit when I called about picking it up.When I mentioned that the suit was very obviously misshaped (I've had many suits altered) and I'd like her to fix it, she tried to call in muscle to force me to take it as-is.Now I have no suit for my grandfather's funeral.Forgetting, honest mistake. Major issue is horribly rushed ruined garment with a refusal to do anything about it.The worst.

Excellent quality work, quick turn around time, and fair prices. Came in last minute, 2 days before my brothers wedding, after another tailor failed to do what she promised. Maria fixed my sons pants, added a Price of fabric which you couldn't even notice was there and had them for Me then next Day. I was so impressed and pleased with her work and customer service I came back with more business and will Continue to come here for all My tailoring needs.
