He was able to get my classic Super Ms. Pacman game up and running again while saving me the unnecessary burden of being taken advantage as an unknowing customer. Through his expert trouble shooting, he was able to pinpoint the problem within my game at a price that is beyond reasonable. He honored both his word and his warranty with no hesitation. If only there were more honest and hardworking professionals like John who are unwilling to take advantage of unsuspecting customers, the world would be a much better place. “Overall pretty good. They had to fix some stuff for my phone. Overall great work. My only complaint is that I had to take it to them 2 times for 2 separate repairs and both times they didn't do a very good job at gluing the plastic back on the back of the phone. I should also mention that the plastic is cracked, but still. I know when I gave it to them the back had already been glued down all the way. Both times they gave it to me with pieces of it still lifting. It's like an extra minute worth of gluing that would have gotten the 5 stars.”
