I went to this CVS since my usual one wasn't on my way home. This CVS may have been the cleanest and nicest one I have been to. As soon as I walked in and started looking for what I needed, a worker named Keven approached me and assisted me. I was looking for a specific brand of laxatives because I have been suffering from chronic constipation. I hope he gets a raise. God bless his soul.

For no reason at all, this pharmacy still has multiple profiles for me after they assured me they were going to fix this and reduce me to one profile. Because of this, every. Single. Time. I need a refill for my medications they lose my doctor’s orders and I have to play phone tag and wait 25 minutes in person for them to get it together. Do NOT use them.

The two men cashiers at the CVS in Covina are the best cashiers I have ever met in years. Very friendly, helpful, respectful and excellent customer service.

I come here for alcoholic drinks and for my wife’s beauty products and snacks. I was looking at their selection and they don’t have Beatbox hard tea. Overall the staff is friendly but they need more beatbox beverage selections

Pharmacy hours not listed correctly, pharmacy closed at six; however, website states pharmacy is open till 10 PM.Very frustrating to drive to the pharmacy and find out that they are closed. 20 people out side store smoking pot I felt threatened.

Always enjoy going to this CVS. Everyone is so friendly, especially the pharmacy personnel (Connie & the morning pharmacist, name unknown?). They’re always so helpful & knowledgeable.Highly recommend this store.
