Today is wed March 1st 2023. I post the exact time in efforts of management to find the gentleman that served greatly in my visit to CVS. This young gentleman has an outstanding customer relations character. He Wes informative, took time to search for much needed item that I needed. Plus his gentleness speaks for itself. CVS has an asset by having him as an employee. Thank you !! Mike

I have been visiting this pharmacy for about 5 years now ever since moving to the San Gabriel valley. I generally love this pharmacy , which is why I continue to give my business to this establishment, however I feel like I must speak up about the inefficient, disorganized, and rude pharmacy staff. Specifically it is the pharmacy techs here that are absolutely horrible. CONNIE exemplifies everything a customer service employee should NOT be. She blatantly ignores customers, neglects the pharmacy lines, and is overtly rude during interactions. Furthermore, her personal conversations about her private life can be heard by everyone in line, this is unprofessional and inconsiderate to customers. Her behavior has appalled other customers and myself for quite some time now, I truly hope CONNIE can get some refresher courses on customer service because she is in desperate need of it. If her behavior continues to worsen I will have to take my business to Walgreens or another local pharmacy.

2103 Atlantic Blvd Monterey juan Carlos 10:45 am, Dec.20, 2019. Attention to the manager, I hope you're not this person. Just because I do couponing he's very impatient when I was paying and taking out one of the items. His face is so mad and getting on one's nerves. And when I went to the red box printing my CRTs, I graciously asked him if he needs to use the red box too, he answered with a grin on his face and sounding awfully " YES I Do!!. You can tell he was mad so I told him Why you're mad at me? He said he's not but obviously he was. This kind of person serving a customer doesn't deserve to be here and should be taught real etiquette of customer service. Just like learning GMRC in grade one! Know what that means Juan Carlos? You better teach your kiddos or maybe grandchildren to have manners! What a shame you're there at Cvs working with a very bad attitude! Manager of this area should be aware of your people's attitude. It doesn't give good karma to your business!!

If yelp have -5 or -10 rating i will give them -10 for Their pharmacy is a big joke. This pharmacy girl name ANGIE is effin' unbelievable. She don't know what customer service is and i don't know why this pharmacy still not firing her. Shes so rude. When i called her to request for a refill she said she will call my insurance and call me back. She never did. I called my insurance and primary care physician cause she want a new RX for my BP maintenance, my pcp fax the order right away and when i called the pharmacy this girl named ANGIE said NO I DONT Received anything without even checking. But when i insist and give her the time that the my doctors office fax it thats the only time she check and she OH Yah i have it. If you don't like your job or too lazy to do what you need to do for your customer get the f*** out of there. Stop wasting anybody's time. I usually have patience but this ANGIE IS WAY TOO MUCH. So I'm calling the attention of this CVS pharmacy in 206 N Azusa Avenue let this b**** attend some customer service seminar or fire her. She will ruin your name.

If I could give negative five stars I would! I was just trying to reach the pharmacy line but whoever the lady was that picked up the phone, she was very rude, rushing to get off the phone, and her attitude was all over the place! First off I'm just trying to get information as to what location my perscription was at. If it's not there she didn't have to be so rude it was just a simple question. This lady does not know what customer service means at alllllll! Please change your tone. If you're having a bad day just stay home next time rather taking it out on someone random.

I go to this store quite often. It is clean, well stocked, and well maintained. The staff is very warm and friendly. It is conveniently located. The only issue I have is that the pharmacy department closes so early on the weekends, even 6pm on Sundays. It would be great if they would stay open later. It is relatively close to a number of hospitals, so their staying open later would be justified and if anything, they would increase their sales /business. I would recommend this store overall.
