Quick, to the point, and able to schedule you ASAP. They're not corporate as well and don't rip you off with loopholes.

We got a nail jammed in our tire so we decided to go here to get it fixed. In the middle of the road, literally the rim popped off and our tire busted. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. My family and I could've fucking died. The man was nice though. The old one that initially "fixed" the tire.

Remember that the only part of your vehicle in contact with the road is your tires! Since your tires are important, it's important you have a tire shop you can trust, and for me this is that tire shop. I've had a flat tire patched here, bought a used tire here, and bought a set of four brand new tires here and had those new tires rotated here. If you need tire services give them a call and let them know what you need. They can order the tires you need and give you an estimate on pricing and availability. I suggest calling ahead and letting them know all that you need to prevent showing up if something is not in stock and has to be ordered. Then you have to make two trips. Don't be the guy or girl driving around on tires balder than Walter White. Do yourself a favor and buy some quality tires from a quality shop.

Thank you Bob and Russ! You guys are life savers. Nobody had my tire and I had to go to 4 different tire shops to find the right ones. I got recommended by other 2 other tire shops to try here and I'm glad I did!

Would highly NOT recommend, especially if you're female. Do yourself a favor and call America's Tire on Grand Ave. It's only 2 miles away, in my case cheaper, and the people running it are professional and don't treat you like garbage. The guy I had the misfortune of speaking to over the phone was "Bob," Russ' arrogant brother. He was rude from the get go, continually condescending, audibly smirking at everything I said/asked and repeatedly kept trying to sell me these Japanese tires I told him I didn't want. When I specifically told him I wanted MADE IN AMERICA tires, either BF Goodrich or Firestones, I got a cross examination about how much I drive and how I don't need those. He kept saying I would be overpaying but trust me, not in an I'm looking out for you kind of way. More in a you're being stupid and I get a kick back for unloading these cheap tires we have in stock kind of way. Seriously, what's it to Bob what I want on my car when I'm willing to pay? But he kept pushing. Finally, he said he would order me the 4 BF Goodrichs I wanted and they would be in in a day or two. When I asked Bob if he needed my name and contact number he said NO... So it would have been up to me to check in on this, not the other way around? What kind of business does this? And as if these things weren't off-putting enough, the closing time kept changing. It's posted online for 5:30 weekdays, but Bob was admittedly closing around 5 that day. Then when I called him the next day at 2:15pm, Bob was apparently planning on leaving at 4ish now. He raised his voice and SCOLDED me (yes, you read that right!) how I should have called AAA earlier because it could take 2 hours and by then he'd be closed! So me allowing over 3 hours based on their posted time schedule to tow my car 1 mile up the street wasn't enough in Bob's world because he wanted to shut down early? Nice. That's where I finally had enough of this and told Bob so. I asked him if he even had the tires and he wouldn't answer. He promptly hung up on me rather than apologizing or saying anything professional. Wow, Bob really showed me his superiority that day! It's really sad because I used to come here with my Dad for both our cars. Several times actually so I was a repeat customer. However that doesn't matter because according to Bob they only keep records on a month to month basis (??) so whatever you bought here in the past is irrelevant and they can't look it up. Once we had that tidbit established Bob again tried to belittle me when I gave him the make and model of the car. I told him repeatedly it was just the base model, even double checked the door sticker to which he said "everybody thinks that" and told me to look on the back of the car. You know what it says? Lincoln. So yeah, basically I don't even know what car I'm driving too. Anyway, when I used to go with my Dad I was treated fine (now I'm thinking because I had a male chaperone.) I remember sitting up on some metal bleachers watching Russ' adorable boxer dog run around and I believe even the two brothers' mother worked behind the counter then. Now my wonderful father has recently passed away leaving me his car we used to take here and I am on my own just trying to buy tires at this place again, ultimately being treated in the most unprofessional manner possible. You'd really think a family owned business where someone's mother even used to be around would be a little more personable, but I guess when you're one of the owners you get a free pass to treat people like crap since no one's going to fire you for your bad behavior. Business must be booming, but never again from me. No siree Bob.

My husband and I met Russ, the owner of this tire store at the Pomona S/M and we ended up coming to the shop as they had the tires my husband was after. The price was very competitive and the service was great and we felt welcome. I was also impressed by how clean the restroom was (compared to other shops). Very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely come back although we are not so local; experience we had today makes it all worth to drive out here from Fontana.
