I had a great experience At Kia of Covina. I took in my car to get serviced and also discussed a possible buyout of my lease. Everyone involved was extra respectful, friendly, and patient with me. Michael at the service desk was excellent top quality service. Martin and Kevin were very friendly and worked hard to get me the best deal to buy out my lease! I will definitely continue to do the rest of my services for my car there!

Recently bought a car from Covina Kia. The salesman Daniel, was absolutely terrific and I would give him 5 stars. However finance was not honest. I told her I did not want any add-ons and she snuck in almost a $1000 one in, a dent protection service if the car ever gets a dent. She did not show me the out the door price or walk me through any of the documentation. When I realized what happened a couple days later I called and she said that there was no way to cancel it.
Follow up: I was able to contact the general manager and they were able to remove the add on. I talked with finance and she said she honestly didn't know that had been added and was not trying to be dishonest. I updated my review to 4 stars as I appreciate the general manager's responsiveness. But this still should not have happened in the first place or should have at least been fixed without me having to go all the way to the general manager directly.

Carlos Moran was our Sales Representative at Kia Covina he was outstanding when is came to knowledge of the cars, the inventory they had, listening to our needs and wants and getting us a great deal. He was caring, attentive without being pushy and from beginning to the final sale was supportive and encouraging. I would highly recommend Kia Covina and always ask for Carlos Moran.

Service department needs work. Held onto my vehicle for 2 weeks and they didn't even look at it. Was quoted 5 to 7 business days to diagnose my car. I called in and they said it might be another week until they see my car.

I had to wait 4and half hours for a left brake light.
Also there waiting was noisy and small, it is chairs set up around a tTV on the wall.
They have music playing, the TV on mute and the words coming crossed the screen. People walking back and forth.
Not a very comfortable waiting area.
Also they have filled there handicapped parking space with news with stickers because they no other space for them.
KIA COVINA obviously dosen't know the ADA and dosen't care about making parking easier for customers.

My car shut off without warning while driving, and Mike the service manager didn’t think it was a serious he says it happens often. This is a complete joke from Covina Valley Kia, and already one week later than the date he promised they would look at my car. Wouldn’t even offer me a rental; said he would charge me forty dollars a day once I mentioned the rental. Go to Honda, they probably will care more, and show compassion in their work.

I can speak from living out of state and in state as a 2021 Kia owner.

Giving a 1 star is too kind, wish I could put zero. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Were given the runaround not once but twice! This location ran credit 4 times and brought down credit! Be careful going to this location!
