Horrible salesman basically talked me out of buying. Literally told me why would I buy a cigars for X-Mas presents when he’s only going to smoke it and the gift would be gone. When I told him my man likes Cohibas and if he could recommend more similar cigars he told said I don’t know what he likes then proceeded to tell me I was like all the woman that come into the store on Father’s Day and don’t know anything. So rude, tacky and zero customer service. Needless to say, I didn’t buy anything when I was willing to spend up to $300 on cigars l, ashtray and maybe even a humidifier.I would not even give One star, but I had to in order to leave my comment.

I went in here today after going to the smoke shop north up the road and being quoted an outrageous price for what I was looking for. The man was closing up shop for lunch as I parked. I went to the door, and he ended up coming back out to unlock the door!The prices here are much better if you are looking for a battery than up the street. Will come back if I need anything else!

Great cigars. But this business is never open during the hours that it says. He puts up a sign that says be back at 2:30 and it's 3pm. Come one dude.

I just pulled up to this place. I am a cigar smoker and was looking to buy some humidifier packs for my humidor but they're closed! It's Saturday almost 1 pm and Google shows they should be open. The sign with their hours shows they should be open. :(

Place shows that they open at 10 am and I have been there multiple times within the past few weeks after 10:20 and they are not open

My boyfriend and I stop by last minute for some cigars. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Shop is very clean and organized. Shop had great prices and a variety of cigars to choose from. Not only did I find what I wanted but I also walked out with a large bundle of sage for a great price. We'll definitely be back for more cigars.

This used to be our go to place. We would spend at least $100 a week on cigars and cutters. We purchased a cigar cutter a couple weeks ago , the cutter has a screw missing and they won't exchange or refund the merchandise. Wow! Willing to lose a faithful customer over a simple fix!

Worst experience ever as a result of the customer service today 02/10/23. Walked in with a shirt with the American flag on it as a veteran , the man said they don't serve my kind here... really? This is where you live man, I couldn't argue with an ignorant mind like that. I will take my business elsewhere and will be reporting the employee to the BBB. Avoid.

The guy behind the counter was smart but it smelt so bad in there, a homeless person came in for a oil burner before I had stepped in and made the whole place smell.

Great place to go for any smoking needs. Owner was super friendly, opened the cases and let me browse while helping me decide/check prices. Good atmosphere and good pricing. Will definitly be back! Way better than other shops in the area!!!

My go to for my Cigar needs. They also have a nice selection of disposable vapes. Customer service is great never had any issues with them there always helpful.
