I don’t know what happened on a couple of occasions? That two complaints I saw but I think they had some kind of unusual thing happening? I’ve been here many times and seem to see the good things that are being said. Scratches could’ve been caused by something else or someone else? Pulling the trigger on someone else before knowing exactly what could’ve happened? Not kool aid! lol ? besides another person had water spots left on their vehicle and I know that happens because you supposed to dry it off yourself! lol what do you expect when you only have to pay so little n if you read the signs you would know this!?? if you got that kind of wash go somewhere and pay 30ish bucks for a full detail wash! There’s a better wash in Covina and Grand ave that has had vechicle crashes go there!

Excellent service from the Manager, Anthony. My car was stuck after washing it. He willingly helped me for 30 minutes get my car running. He was efficient, friendly, and provided 10/10 costumer service.

It's crazy that you can get unlimited car wash on your vehicle but if you add another vehicle to your membership you only get one wash per vehicle. Talk about a waist of money...

great service and leaves car clean, I use the platinum and diamond for waxes and it really shows on my coat. Customer support is great also

Recent beach excursion left me with a sandy car and they're not overly strict with timing how long you use the vacuums after a wash so you have plenty of time to clean!
