Weird experience, stopped by & was being followed through Out the store by two employees one named Ivan that i had approached while recording who claimed he was just working acting all nervously but in reality was picking up random items & following me & my lil sisters every move the whole time while trying to shop here at cvs. We felt harassed, left our items then left the store. While exiting we noticed the other employee who was also following us coming back into the store with his phone in hand looked like he was waiting for us to exit.. everything was so sketchy at that store we did not appreciate getting that type of treatment & all for what ?!

Came here for a rx fill simple eye drops. The entire staff including licensed pharmacist decided to input my son’s name into the system incorrectly almost making me pay out of pocket for the rx. I had to call my insurance company for them to call them and tell them their mistake. This was well after I waited in line for almost 10 mins, AND came back to ask them did they in fact input my son’s name into the system properly. The “licensed” pharmacists who informed me I should call my insurance company literally played busy. They all played busy and wouldn’t answer my simple question. It’s frustrating because he had pink eye and needed his rx asap. And they chose to drop the ball and ignore me completely when I figured out their mistake initially.

The female working in the pharmacy at the 206 N Azusa store is one of the rudest I've ever encountered. Yesterday, I was dropping off a prescription for refill when she said I had 3 ready to be picked up. After standing there for a moment she said very rudely to me that I had to go to another line to pick up the meds! Seriously, this girl is not only rude and unprofessional, she's one of the laziest employees I've ever seen in any store. Today I go back to pick up the meds when there's no line, and who waits on me?? You guessed it, "Ms Do Absolutely Nothing". She told me to wait while at least three other pharmacy workers ignored me. I am switching pharmacies because of how badly they treat their customers. Do NOT go here. The service at any CVS has to be better that the 206 N. Azusa store.

The staff are the reason why I rate this store as 5 stars. It's not the largest or most fully stocked store but the pharmacy staff and the retail staff are always welcoming and gracious. When I had to move, I made certain to stay in the same city and ZIP Code, so that I would not have to change to another home store for my prescriptions.

My neighborhood pharmacy. I've been a client for almost 20 yrs. Friendly staff always greet you on the way in. I always pick up my family's prescription at this location.

I have been visiting this pharmacy for about 5 years now ever since moving to the San Gabriel valley. I generally love this pharmacy , which is why I continue to give my business to this establishment, however I feel like I must speak up about the inefficient, disorganized, and rude pharmacy staff. Specifically it is the pharmacy techs here that are absolutely horrible. CONNIE exemplifies everything a customer service employee should NOT be. She blatantly ignores customers, neglects the pharmacy lines, and is overtly rude during interactions. Furthermore, her personal conversations about her private life can be heard by everyone in line, this is unprofessional and inconsiderate to customers. Her behavior has appalled other customers and myself for quite some time now, I truly hope CONNIE can get some refresher courses on customer service because she is in desperate need of it. If her behavior continues to worsen I will have to take my business to Walgreens or another local pharmacy.

I have to steal give this Pharmacy a one-star for the way I'm always treated at this Pharmacy! The only reason why I go back to this Pharmacy, is because of the pharmacist Angie, and the pharmacy tech Karen. Hopefully you get the rest of the pharmacy management, and the pharmacy text treat me like s***! I've done nothing wrong but defend myself when some crazy lady came in there about three years ago, and she just went off on me, and my daughter bend it for me telling that woman to not talk to her Father which is me like that! Instead of the pharmacy tech addressing the issue to the woman that started it, she looks at me and tells me to knock it off. I am a disabled veteran of the United States Army, and no American should be treated this way! Even though I still get treated with the utmost disrespect by one of the pharmacist, and two of the pharmacy techs, I still show the utmost respect by saying yes ma'am.

The female pharmacist who was working the pick-up counter before lunch today is one of the rudest CVS employees I've ever met. I waited in line for 10 minutes when there were only 2 people in front of me. When I finally get there they have this insane plastic draping taped up that looks very ghetto. The CVS in Target off Citrus has a very professional looking plexiglass barrier, vs the system at this store that looks like it was pieced together by any random pieces of plastic they could find to make a see-through haunted house. Anyhow, i digress. The real issue is the pharmacist who, after putting in my info and telling me there's nothing in the system for me just tells me to go stand in another line at the drop off counter. No explanation of why i need to go, just "go to the drop off counter" ... I then explain that I gave my new dr this pharmacy's info and I got a text saying my prescription was ready and asked so how can I find out where the filled RX was and she said "Go to the drop of counter, like I just told you." And then she said "And you're supposed to be standing behind the red line anyhow." A) The red line for social distancing was 6 feet from the counter. It's hard enough to understand people from 3 feet away when they're wearing a mask. B) I'm hard of hearing C) Customers shouldn't have to yell out personal information D) the two gentlemen who were at the counter with her before me were standing exactly where I was and she never rudely told them to stand behind the line. On a positive note, customer service for the store itself was fine.

2103 Atlantic Blvd Monterey juan Carlos 10:45 am, Dec.20, 2019. Attention to the manager, I hope you're not this person. Just because I do couponing he's very impatient when I was paying and taking out one of the items. His face is so mad and getting on one's nerves. And when I went to the red box printing my CRTs, I graciously asked him if he needs to use the red box too, he answered with a grin on his face and sounding awfully " YES I Do!!. You can tell he was mad so I told him Why you're mad at me? He said he's not but obviously he was. This kind of person serving a customer doesn't deserve to be here and should be taught real etiquette of customer service. Just like learning GMRC in grade one! Know what that means Juan Carlos? You better teach your kiddos or maybe grandchildren to have manners! What a shame you're there at Cvs working with a very bad attitude! Manager of this area should be aware of your people's attitude. It doesn't give good karma to your business!!
