This pharmacy is a joke. They consistently screw up orders. Missing items, delivering only partial orders, taking several days to deliver a complete order, rarely read and efficiently document and communicate important delivery preferences to drivers and staff, as well as the actual orders that are to go out. Very nice staff that give the facade that they're efficient over the phone but when it comes to delivering and the service as a whole, they are not efficient or consistent majority of the time. Not sure what's happening over there but for me this is a tell tell sign that good management is simply not there or their internal protocols are unorganized or missing, inefficient or possibly outdated. It's almost like a bunch of irresponsible teens are running this place. I hate when I have to write a bad review like this, but they truly earned it! People deserve to know what they could potentially experience if they choose this establishment. They started off good then completely fell off. I hope they can one day get back to doing well and doing well consistently.

Citrus valley pharmacy what can I say most of the staff there are professional friendly very willing to help except one employee Sammy Sammy or Sam is a liar he will tell you your prescription will be there on a certain day and it never shows up if you asked him why he has a smart attitude and if you have any kind of words with him or to ask him as to why he's lied to you. He has a horrible attitude and says he will personally make sure you no longer use that do to him I do not recommend this pharmacy

Needed a prescription filled quickly and Citrus Valley Pharmacy really delivered. Had my medication in stock and I was in and out after 15 minutes. Really reasonable price on a brand name medication, efficient service, friendly staff, and welcoming decor...couldn't ask for more!

This place is a waste of your time when covid 19 testing. I arrived with my voucher to do my test, the place was over crowded and the line was unorganized. I kept trying to ask the employees to refer me where to go(in line) and explain what I'm to do and everything, they just kept telling me to wait outside. They never came outside or communicated with me where to go or exactly what to do. Once I found out what to do and where to go by another kind person there for testing(not a employee) I did my covid test and submitted it only to wait a long 7 days and it came back incomplete...Overall this place was a complete waist of my time and I hope it does not waist any of yours.

I believe this pharmacy is a fraud. Went to do my COVID-19 test on Dec 29, 2021 and as of today no results for me nor my family.I went to the Fair Ground on Dec 30th and took another one and got my results on January 2,2022.Big disappointment.DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR COVID TEST GO TO THE FAIRGROUNDS.

Made an covid test appointment days in advance, only to have tests “run out” upon arriving on time for appointment. Would’ve been very helpful to be notified ahead.Employees were rude and unhelpful.

Don't waste your time coming here for Covid results. It seems convenient and appointment times are available, but you won't get results. I tested on 12/30 and it's now 01/05. Nothing yet. Same for my siblings who went to get tested. I really hope they're not getting paid by the government to give tests with no results!

Found this place after hours of searching for a COVID location site. Took test on Wednesday 12/29. It's now Tuesday 1/4 & no results back. I read the 3-5 business days but everyone says that however results are back with 24-48 hrs. Not to mention no direction from the staff. They just say here go to your car and then COVID samples are just dumped into a bin outside the pharmacy door. If you're looking for COVID test location go elsewhere!!!

Avoid this pharmacy horrible customer service. Please get new staff. My experience is soley based on employee Cindy, if you hate your job leave.
