Drove all the way from Temecula to get there and car was literally dripping oil. Oil pan gasket was leaking valve cover gaskets where leaking . Transmission has hard time shifting 2nd and 3rd gear tires where nearly bald . Dry rot. Also and I politely said I'll pass and look else where and ignored me and left his office very rude

Such an easy car buying experience. John had the car I wanted, great deal, no haggling, no add ons, no hidden fees. He was easy to get ahold of and communicated with me frequently before, during and after. I was there a total of about 45 mins with test drive and paperwork. I utilized in house financing and he worked with my credit, which is important because I maxed out a lot of my credit cards during Covid, and have been furloughed for months before I got my new job. He totally understood and worked with my situation. I love my car, and I'm happy I took a chance on John & Car Hub and he took a chance on me. I can't wait to pimp my new lil ride.

(Sold my car) Very smooth transaction. John was very accommodating and thoroughly answered all my questions, even after the transaction. Gave me a very fair offer above the CarMax quote I recently had received and 15 minutes later meeting him at their office, it was done. Would definitely use again.

A boutique dealership. They had the car I had been looking for. Because we are in the time of COVID-19 I was worried about being able to see and test drive the car. Truong (aka John) was flexible and arranged to meet by appointment later that same day. I drove from 2 hours away and left with a new car and satisfied with my experience. Truong was courteous and patient with all my questions and overall I had a positive experience and would consider doing business with him again in the future. I have already started telling others about the dealership who may also be searching for a vehicle.

Been looking to get my girlfriend a car since hers broke down a month ago and I'm so glad I found John. I love hondas and they had a 2018 accord in stock. It runs so great and there hasn't been a single problem since we've gotten it. The buying process was super simple and John was willing to answer all the questions I bombarded him with (sorry about that!). I totally recommend coming to Car Hub if you're looking to get a car quickly and hassle free. They really really know their stuff and it shows in the car we got from them!

Having John be my dealer was amazing! Nice guy, easy to talk to, honest, and doesn't feel like he's forcing you to buy anything. The Tacoma I bought from him was in amazing condition. I drove around for 3 weeks and all the Tacoma's I looked at were pretty beaten up. John got quality products and quality personality. Definitely recommend buying from him if he has what you like! Was a little intimidated buying a used car cash from a dealer I am no longer worried and I have been reassured of simple car buying Though I did not know how the process was going to be , car hub made everything easy, and I thought car max was easy!!! I shopped around unfortunately during a rough time, thanks troung I will look to see what car hub has to offer before I look around !!

Truong is one of the best dealership guy out here ! He took his time for me because he knew from the start I was a serious buyer and didn't judge or avoid me for being a young teen. I really appreciate that very much since many dealerships out here try to brush us out most of the time.
