Top notch professionalism and customer service. It is rare to find this kind of honest, high-integrity family business that is certified to sell and install the products they offer. Gilbert and I discussed all of the pricing, installation, weight of materials, and timeline for completion and all of it was under-promised and over-delivered. Seriously, all of it was over-delivered to my delight. They shared progress pictures of the work, made sure I had all the correct part numbers installed and used the leftover soundproofing to cover nooks and crannies of my vehicle. I look forward to bringing my future vehicles to these guys. Great service and great relationship.

One of the best places to buy car alarms and stereos. The mgr was there when i came in. He help me with remotes for my car. Said it would be 1 1:2 hour. But it was done in about 40 minutes. Great service - great prices

This store has been a local establishment for thirty years. Its a very nice "not just a stereo store*. They install, service and repair auto stereos as well as burglar alarms, rims etc. The prices are competitive. They have a comfortable waiting area. Parking is available. The service is welcoming and knowledgeable.

Came in to get some bass put in my truck. Gil helped me out, even gave me a few different options. Definitely provided understanding and explained the value of the products I left with. This is the third car I've brought here and I'm sure it won't be the last. I got two kickers an amp and a box, was able to keep my factory head unit and they even threw in a free bass knob. I was told it would be about 4 hours and it was done in half the time. I waited in there waiting area which was very comfortable. And it was for sure worth the price.

The speakers in my car were blown out so I decided to come to Planet Stereo because of the good reviews they had. I was looking for a small upgrade to the stock speakers I had, as well as an amplifier. I had a small idea of what I wanted, but I wasn't 100% sure and was hoping to get some recommendations because I have never done this before.One of the first things I noticed when I went in was the pushiness of the sales people. I came in for a quote and when I tried going outside to compare it with other businesses, he immediately came up to me to try negotiating with me and making "deals" to try to pressure me to stay. I wasn't forced to stay, but I didn't expect to feel like I was at a car dealership for wanting to get some new audio equipment. I know he was just doing his job but I wish he was a bit more helpful in regard to choosing something for my car rather than seeming desperate to make a quick sale off of me.Despite this, I chose to go ahead with them. I got my speakers and amp installed and everything sounded good. The next day, however, I started hearing a slight static sound on my tweeters and front speakers whenever my music was paused. I got an appointment a few days later to get it looked at and hopefully fixed, but the installer was not very helpful. All he did was tell me that everything was fine and that I just needed to turn down my volume.Besides the slight static I still hear when my music is paused and at low volume, the new upgrades to my car were decent for the budget I provided. The staff was also kind for the most part. For these reasons, I'm giving an additional star. However, I did not feel comfortable coming here as a person who is just starting to get into the world of car audio. I am also unsure if I even got the best setup for my budget or if I was taken advantage of, as I didn't receive a full itemized price breakdown. For these reasons, I will unfortunately not be coming back.

When I called to get a radio that I have bought elsewhere to get it installed here, I told them what kind it was, like it had Android Auto and Apple Car play, they quoted me over the phone $120 and that it would take 45 mins to install. I had my dad took my car and radio as I worked that on another day, and they told him that it's not a standatd radio and it would take 3 to 4 hours and it would cost $180. They have told my dad they have the best price and no one is going to go lower than them.I hoped to give them a chance and do business with them, but they blew it and I won't be going here. I am just being honest.

Came for a new radio. My old one was starting to go out. The service from Gilbert and Amir was great! My guys worked with my budget and got me a radio I'm happy with. And I have CarPlay now. That's new and cool to me. I appreciate Planet Stereo and their team! Recommend for anyone to come here for anything they need for their car. I'll be back with my other car to get some tints as well! Thank you guys again
