I have been working with Sam A. for about 5 years with medical coverages at different times when changing jobs. He is very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly patient. When I didn't understand he took the time to explain. My twin daughters are now turning 26 and need their own insurance coverage and once again he is there to assist and complete the coverage. I highly recommend Sam A. he makes everything easier and less stressful. Thank you Samuel and Branch Network for your help.

I have been working with Sam Arciniega over the past year to secure medical coverage and he is and has been a gem every step of the way. He's polite, knowledgeable, responsive, caring, and has the patience to explain and answer any and all questions. If he makes an appointment with you, he follows through. Branch Network has an excellent employee in Sam and I hope they are recognizing his tremendous value to the organization.

Hi, Challenged with trying to secure medical, dental, and vision coverage for our 25 (soon to be 26 year-old) daughter, who still lives at home and full-time student graduating college late 2019. We received notification from our employer that all coverage terminates on her 26th birthday. We needed coverage for her until she begins a FT job with benefits. After being transferred to a host of six people, I finally received the correct contact information and began working with Samuel. Samuel is very knowledgeable and was amazingly helpful. I was very stressed and could not fathom my daughter without proper med coverage. I received a confirmation email within 10 minutes after working through the details with Samuel! If you are in my situation, please contact him to ensure that your family member has proper coverage.

I worked with Sam Arciniega for the second year in a row. He is personable and prompt with his calls, and most importantly he really takes the time to explain your options... i feel like i understand my health insurance policy for the first time EVER. I recommend Sam 100%... just wonderful.

So, so helpful. I highly recommend these folks!
First off, it's amazing that I've received so much help from them and haven't had to pay anything. They've walked me through process after process that I did not understand, regarding my insurance through Covered California. And they fought for me, several times.
Sam Arciniega, the gentleman I've always worked with, has helped (really,saved) me numerous times with my Covered CA questions, misunderstandings, website confusion, and hardcore issues. He's been my savior. Sam is helpful, knowledgeable, sincere, caring, and hard-working.
If you're looking for someone to clear the way so you can understand your insurance woes (questions, etc,), Sam is FANTASTIC.
