I want to take a moment to express my deep satisfaction with the outstanding service I received at the Covina Volkswagen dealership service department. Today, I brought in my 2023 Volkswagen Taos for its 10,000-mile maintenance, and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything was handled.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a service consultant named Charlie Liautaud, who immediately impressed me with his professionalism and customer service skills. Despite my car being overdue for the 10,000-mile service, Charlie took the time to thoroughly explain the situation to me. Unfortunately, my complimentary service package had expired, which meant I had to use my 20,000-mile accommodated service to cover the maintenance. However, Charlie didn’t just leave it at that. He patiently walked me through the differences between the 10,000-mile and 20,000-mile services, ensuring I understood the corporate policy and why this decision was necessary.
Although I was initially disappointed to lose my 10,000-mile complimentary service, Charlie's clear and respectful explanation left me feeling satisfied and well-informed. His dedication to making sure I understood everything truly stood out, and it’s that kind of care that makes all the difference.
While I was there, I also had the opportunity to visit the showroom and chat with the Internet Sales Manager, Mr. Shawn Lujan, about my potential next vehicle, the ID.4. Mr. Lujan was incredibly professional and took his time to explain the latest updates on the ID.4, which only heightened my interest in this vehicle. His enthusiasm and knowledge made me feel confident about considering this as my next car.
Overall, my experience at Covina Volkswagen was nothing short of excellent. I’ve been a Volkswagen driver for the past 10 years, and the Taos is my third vehicle from this brand. I continue to love the solid, safe feeling these cars provide, and it’s reassuring to know that there’s a dealership like Covina Volkswagen that upholds such high standards in both service and sales.
However, I feel compelled to mention that my experiences at the Puente Hills dealership have been quite the opposite. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service, coupled with attempts to overcharge for simple services, have left me very dissatisfied. If you’re considering buying or servicing your Volkswagen, I strongly recommend steering clear of Puente Hills and instead placing your trust in the capable hands at Covina Volkswagen.

Having been to another Volkswagen dealership in the area that has horrible service, I had an extremely pleasant experience taking my car to Covina Volkswagen. Esmeralda helped me make an appointment with Ruben, their service advisor, who was way more knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my VW and made service easy. Not only that, but my car was ready *the very next day*. There was also a clean waiting area with nice amenities. Shoutout to their technicians, Covina VW is now my dealership of choice and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Ruben Sandoval is a very informative and friendly service advisor. The technician provides a walk around service inspection of your vehicle showing your tires, brakes etc and the tech Rick Castro was very thorough which was comforting, my GLI was in great hands. And upon pick up, the Service Manager, Manny Montanez greeted me and asked how my visit was. Overall a great place with friendly and knowledgeable staff, 10/10 recommended!

We had a great experience here. We were looking at car options for our daughter. Crazy to think a new car is cheaper than a used one, but welcome to inflation. However, that said Omar and the team at Volkswagen made the experience quick easy and fair. You can’t ask for more when purchasing a vehicle.
