I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.

Had texting problems with my phone went in to Covina Boost mobile and the associate Martin put excessive time and effort in helping figure things even until late hours near closing. This type of social responsibility is much appreciated.

Went in to get ACP discount. Martin was my rep and provided A+ customer service. Cool calm and collective, and extremely helpful and professional. I actually saw him get swamped as he was the only employee as multiple customers were in the store seeking service. He handled it like a pro. I am super happy with the service that Martin provided and highly recommend this store if you looking for great cell phone plan deals and amazing service. Thank you Martin, keep up the good work.

Please if your website says your open until 7:00, stay open til 7:00. We got turned away at the door at 5:30 because he claims they close at 5:00.

Showed up at 5:30pm and was turned away saying the store was already closed at 5pm. Everything online says they're open until 7pm. He just shrugged at me when I called him out on it.their own website says 7pm. Bad customer service.

This is horrible service, you can't pay online, over the phone or in store. Because their Net work is not working. They claim your service will not be interupted, and it's true, because you don't have any service to interrupt. I changed servuces and can't get my number because no ONE CAN HELP. This company is the worst.

Yes, Martin is very attentive, I would like all the service centers to be like him, but I am not very happy with their customer service, he always tries to help you with everything and give you the best promotions. I just have a doubt, I won't change it.

Martin deserves his good reviews i would definitely have him working for me if it was possible he was great he got me taken care of super quick no hassle and offered additional assistance if needed. Good job.

Martin strikes again! Had to see him about an email I received prompting me to go to the store. He took care of everything and got me on my way. No surprise there though, keep at it! Thank you.
