I manage an Apt bldg. I had to order custom vertical vanes and Jose (sales person) was friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure how many vanes - I needed. He suggested, that I measure the headrail or count the clips on the existing headrail to get an exact count to prevent an undercount or overage. The price quoted was competitive and fair. I give a Big Thumbs Up. I ordered Thurs afternoon and Jose said would be ready at 9am on Sat. Thats what I call service.

I just recently started to use Blue Seal but my few visits have been fantastic. Sometimes it's hard to get the detailed info I need to pick up my drapes or blinds but they are patient and work with me to figure out my needs. Great service and friendly.

My parents ordered custom drapes and were not satisfied at all. The installment was unprofessional, the final product of the look of the drapes are uneven. Pleats were uneven and crooked at the bottom. No one at the place of business will disclose whom the owner or CEO is to be able to escalate the dissatisfaction of the product. And Latta ( the manager) says they will not refund due to the drapes being a custom order. There is nothing custom about these drapes since they were not made to fit properly. A rep had been out numerous times. One panel was taken to try to be altered. They had it fir 30 days and was still not altered properly. There are 80 holes that were made in the wall and the drapes look poorly made. Unbelievable for the price!!

Initially i have so many doubts how the experience going to be since it was my first time dealing with blinds for my first home. But Blue Seal team knows very well what they are doing. They have shown me so many catalogs. The one i shown them was not available readily. But they painstakingly custom designed exclusively for me. Their team came to my home and took all the measurements. Even when i requested that one of the window blind to be changed they did it for free. I may not need them until i buy another home. But i wish i should able to buy one soon to work with them again.

These people are great!!! I will definitely use thier services again.Jose came out and measured my windows the same day and promised I stall by oct.12 and he was here Saturday. Very fast efficient and totally friendly person. One of my blinds won't go in lock position so I called the store this morning 10/14 and Jose said he'd be down by 12:00 to fix it. I'm not to worried he'll take care of it. Don't hesitate to use these guys...there great.
