DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BENDER AUTO IN COVINA
I was charged 1500 dollars for the work they claimed they did on my vehicle. I’ve taken the same car to two different auto repair shops. They have verified that no work was done and recommended to take it back to Bender. Mike and his boss dishonest!!!

I've had nothing but good luck with benders. They're always straightforward and get work done in a fairly reasonable time frame. Their cost for labor seems pricey but I've seen places charge more and the quality of work and how fast they get it done didn't even compare to how good bendors was all around. You can pay for what you got and you really get your money's worth going to them. I would highly and do highly recommend to friends, family and strangers. The only time I have problems is if I bring them the wrong part which is totally 100% not their fault.

They over charge their customers. Watch out for hidden charges..I wouldn't recommend this repair shop to anyone.My cousin took his 2010 Toyota Prius to this place because his vehicle failed his smog inspection and they took an advantage of him and they over charged him for the work and his vehicle was still failing smog inspection due to wrong diagnosis and repairs.We called the state of California on this shop. According to the bureau of automotive repair, repair this is shop is not authorized to perform any emission repairs because they aren't licensed as a Smog repair station.

I have two older cars (16 years old) that are needing maintenance and repairs from time to time. Benders has been reliable with timeframes, honest with quotes, good on service, friendly, and just genuinely a good experience. Ive brought my vehicles here on at least 6 different occasions. I highly recommend Benders. Great experiences for me.
