The workers here are very sweet, the quality of the produce is top notch, the vegetables are stunning and beautiful!The prices are more than reasonable, and I just love the atmosphere.I did buy a bag of lentils here though, that when I arrived home realized it was sliced in half and duck taped together. I am a believer in not wasting food, especially when it comes to dried comodities, so it didn't bother me that much. Just pay attention to the packaging of your items so you don't end up with lentils all over your kitchen floor like I did ??

The one and only shop for fresh, halal and "Tasty Meats" in and around LA! Also this is the place for some arabic breads, dry fruits and dates. Here the vegetables and fruits section are also fresh and reasonably priced.Today's cashier was not happy though?

Looking for somewhat obsolete tea. Found it in spades there. Tried Henna hair dye "dark Natural" and it was espresso when mixed. However it processed into BRIGHT red-lesson learned-a good laugh was had. Tried sesame "cookie" (a tortilla really) it was amazing! Always, always a culturally rich and delicious visit. Love that place.

This place is a ripoff. They’re skimming EBT card. Buyer beware because if you use an EBT card here, it will be cleared out the next time you receive money. They’re so clever. They skim it from the cash registers. I know several people it happened to. We shopped same day, same cash register, the next time we had zero balances. They wait until you get your next payment. Report these scammers.

They don't carry Sadaf products. Otherwise a good store to shop for Persian or Arabic items. Nice staff.
