Our son Sunny the Bernese Mountain dog is a regular. He loves going and the staff. He is big and most people get intimidated, but the staff is welcoming and professional. I had to call around to find someone who would take a big dog and we were lucky enough to find this establishment.

I USED to love this place. Our family has been taking our dogs here for many years. They always did a great job, and our dogs seemed to come home happy. These last few times have caused me to not want to go back here anymore. I don't like that my dog was kept In the cage for hours and hours. Don't overbook if that means keeping my dog locked up for 5+ hours. The owner is such a sweet lady(the only one I would let care for my dog), but the other workers didn't leave me with a good feeling. My dog doesn't seem like his usual self after this visit, and I plan to look for another groomer.

We have been coming here for a few years and they always make sure our pups are well taken care of and look adorable. They take extra care of senior pets. The entire team is caring and professional.

It has taken me way too long to write this review but I guess better late than never. I cannot recommend Bark Place Grooming enough! I have been taking my dogs to Cathy and her team for about 7ish years and I will not take them anywhere else now. Cathy and her team always leave my babies looking so cute and fresh. Everyone here is so gentle and caring about the work they do and the way they treat their fluffy customers. Over the years of coming here I've also learned that Cathy does a lot of work to help animals in need whether in shelter or were found and looking for a new home. She truly cares and loves each and every animal and it shows within her business and the people she has chosen to be a part of her team. I originally found Bark Place because my last groomer was a family friend that moved out of state and I have a special needs dog that I didn't feel comfortable leaving with just anyone. I came in and talked to Cathy about my pup who is a three legged yorkie with a list of health issues. She expressed genuine concern and care about my yorkie, Mimi, that I scheduled a grooming right there and then for her. Fast forward nearly 7 years later, I'm still taking all my fur babies there and other family members have also become long term clients of Bark Place as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
