I needed windshield wipers, a new cover wheel, oil & filter for my 2009 Honda Accord. I didn't know where to start. Ramon helped me out, explained, and walked me through the whole process. It was a very good experience for a person like me who is NOT savvy when it comes to auto parts. Thank you, Ramon, from the Covina store for all your help, expertise, and customer service. I've always had good experiences getting help to find the parts I need but never felt compelled to write a review. However, it's not till things go wrong that we get to appreciate great customer service! I did return at Auto Zone, Covina and my bank (credit union) had a glitch on their system which resulted in not generating the credit to my account. I initially didn't know who was responsible for this delay, as my bank was blaming Auto Zone. When I returned to the store and needed help with this situation, the staff was very cooperative and did the best they could to answer my questions. They however, were limited as what they can do at the retail store but provided me the number for the district manager, Abraham Rivera. It took a couple weeks to get this resolved but it wasn't Auto Zone's fault. On the contrary, Mr. Rivera responded promptly, was 100% transparent as to what the situation was, and went above and beyond to cooperate with my requests the entire time. Auto Zone customer service deserves 5 stars, they are the Nordstrom of the auto parts industry, and they've earned my business for life!

Being at this store for the 4th time I can definitely say satisfaction guaranteed the crew members are absolutely amazing they find every possible solution to the problem you are experiencing with your automobile. From getting my new alternator, my windshield wipers, to my battery being replaced with honored warranty, the awesome work of the crew member Alan assisting me with the replacement of my canister purge valve my check engine light is no where in sight. Their customer service is above and beyond like no other, they make the perfect team. I am truly a satisfied customer

I stopped by Auto Zone for a cracked windshield and "check oil light". Alan was super helpful and assisted me with getting the correct oil and getting it into my car. His knowledge was helpful in finding the best solution for my windshield issue. I will be back when I need some car care. Excellent Customer Service.
