Associated is friendly, fair priced and very HONEST. Several times I have taken cars there when a dealer (car under warranty) wanted to sell me some extra service. The Associated guys checked and said I didn't need it.
They are usually a lower price than a dealer and the service quality is much better too. Top rated by the Auto Club. I have nothing to gain by this review, I am just happy to recommend such a good business. And as we all know, there are plenty of lousy car repair shops out there....

“So far, so good. 1st time here, they are currently working on my car, and already I can see how thorough they are with checking everything to figure out my car problems.
It's not easy to find a mechanic that will be honest, thorough, and reasonable on their quotes.
So far, I highly recommend Gem Auto Repair shop, I cone from Lake Elsinore and will continue to have this shop as my mechanic.

“This place is great. Had my prepurchase inspection done here and they found a failed parking brake part that was missed at the dealership, which got fixed within the warranty period. Later when I had some major strut issues they handled it directly with the warranty people and had it ready in less than a week when they were already super busy. The shop also has a quiet, clean place to work if you need to wait it out on-site while they do the repairs and maintenance. Big fan of Rod's professionalism and courtesy, and Dino's expert repairs. Will be a dedicated customer for many years even though there are closer shops and dealers in between. Glad I take my car here to Valley.”

“I took my car in for oil change found the place through group coupon. They provide excellent service. My air filter was also dirty needed to be replace as a suggestion only. I realized I needed done anyways and they change it within the hour I was there. They also notify me that some of my screws are missing on the front bumper. Apparently my previous service at Nissan Car dealer left it out. The mechanic found some available screws and replaced it for me.
They seems to care about their work ethics and to make sure that customer are taken care of correctly. I made an appt at 9 am to come back at 3:30 pm the last appt. I was out of there before 5 pm. I highly recommend checking out their service for your car maintenance before going to any dealer.”

“I've had nothing but good luck with benders. They're always straightforward and get work done in a fairly reasonable time frame. Their cost for labor seems pricey but I've seen places charge more and the quality of work and how fast they get it done didn't even compare to how good bendors was all around. You can pay for what you got and you really get your money's worth going to them. I would highly and do highly recommend to friends, family and strangers. The only time I have problems is if I bring them the wrong part which is totally 100% not their fault.”
