This Shipping Company, became worst, my first 4 boxes to them are ok, but last January, somebody stole my items, and even you complain to them, they will deny the fact about the proof of your complaints.They don’t even care! I lost a lot of my things. And if you call them, you will have a hard time to get them! And if only I just saw the reviews in Google? I should not send my boxes in this shipping Company in the first place.

First time customer from Burbank . Although a little bit pricier compared to other cargo forwarders, you get a piece of mind tracking down your boxes electronically. Boxes arrived on time at the destination in Metro Manila. We'll be using them again next time.

Shoes and perfumes are missing.I cant believe they still open boxes.I will never use this shipper again.Price also expensive and jumbo box was smaller compare to other shipper boxes company.So disappointed because i was expecting my family will get their gift from me.

I sent a package going to Philippines last 11/22/2022 and I checked the status on 02/13/2023 hoping that it was on its way to be delivered, however, it was just in their Iloilo warehouse. I checked again on 02/24/2023 and status has not changed so I called their Customer Service and Jackie, the CS Rep said she will check and will call me back but I didn't receive a call back. I called on 02/26/2023 and spoke with Mabel and the same response. Called on 02/27/2023 and spoke with Gisselle and she called the Iloilo branch and advised that the package will be delivered the next day, finally some good news. I checked again (02/28/2023) just to confirm if its on its way to be delivered and spoke with Glaiza but to my surprise she said the same scripted response "will call Iloilo branch and will call back" and it's been 3 hours since and I have not received any call back. This is the worst service.

Always a 5 star organization. They ship household goods to the Philippines. This company has been in business since 1993. They employ only honest people. They will go above and beyond to deliver your household goods to your destination

I sent my package october pa lang, para before christmas dumating. At first sabi ETA ay dec 2. Tapos naging Dec 13. Tapos dec 16. Tas 2-4 working days pa daw bago marelease sa customs. In short after christmas na sya dadating! Eh pang christmas gift nga!!! Sobrang hassle. Mag LBC na lang kayo or other courier wag dito sa atlas!!!!

Atlas shippers is on time everytime you called for pickup. One day ahead they will call/text you to confirm the schedule of pickup.the Best Pickup Driver goes to Mr.Joe friendly,helpful & accommodating.You deserved 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

it took over 3 months to deliver my last box, For the first 2 months there was no status posted on my box, as if it never existed. the supervisor never called me as it was promised by the clerk. it finally arrived after many calls to manila.

Service not as good as previous years with the weight limit making it difficult to fill the box, and the prices are higher than most.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE this company! Their Bacolod City Agent stole my Jr. box they did not deliver the small box only the big box. I made a call and follow up on the jr. box they said they will deliver it next week and that would be Feb. 10 or Feb.11 my mom waited for the small box but it didn't come. Today, Feb. 19, 2022, I made a call again and they said they are looking for the jr. box. So, I believed they stole my Jr. box. If I could give '0' I would definitely rate them '0'.
