Was in the market for a new property management company for a rental I own. Researching for this service is tough as property owners that write reviews on their companies aren't as common, or easy, as writing a review for a restaurant. I had some issues with a previous management company and I called Scott to talk about the basic fees/rates for his services and also brought up all of my issues with my previous management company. After this call and his response to everything, I felt much more reassured that I wouldn't run into any of those issues with him. What I also liked was that it was about what I wanted to do. They could do everything (in managing the property for the average monthly %), I could use vendors for repairs that I had experience with, or he (Scott) could just handle the listing/screening/lease (for a set fee) and I could manage the place. So, if you're shopping for this service and calling around, put this place on your list.

If you in's a house in the San Gabriel Valley and want to rent it out you can't go wrong with Affordable Property Management. They know the market and take care of the things that you don't want to.

I have been with Scott and Affordable Property Mang. for over 10 years. They are the best. I would be lost without them. I have a condo that they manage for me in Azusa and I live in North Hollywood, it was difficult for me to make the time to maintain things, and the usual things HAVE happened. Heaters have gone down, stoves have needed to be replaced. Minor repairs have had to happen and even new painting and carpeting due to regular wear - Scott and APM has taken care of it all. Reaching out to Affordable Property Mang. what is the smartest move I made as a landlord. I recommend them highly.

We have used Affordable Property Management for 18 years. Steve was our first contact until his son Scott took over the business. Just as Steve was, Scott is trustworthy, attentive, and very knowledgeable. With Scott as our property manager for many years, we did not have to worry about a thing. He took care of all the details and guided us to any necessary legal referrals. Scott maintained a pleasant, but professional, relationship among himself, the tenant, and property owners. We would highly recommend him for any property management needs.

Scott represented us on the sale of our home. It was a huge relief to know that we had someone with great experience handling all the complexities of the process. As with almost all real estate transactions, there will inevitably be unforeseeable challenges that arise. Scott and his team took care of us every step of the way. It was good to know that no matter what issues needed to be dealt with (be it obscure paperwork or just calming our nerves), Scott was just a phone call away.

Scott is seriously amazing! He has helped with so much for our property and is on top of everything. I can’t tell you guys how much of a life savor he has been for me in renting out our property. He is the type of person to get back to me on weekends, and calls, texts and responds no matter what. My tenant is thankful for him as well. There’s so many great things about these people. They are genuine and actually care. Thank you so much Scott!

This is truly the most genuine and realistic company! They have helped so much with our property and get everything done at a extremely great cost and time. He makes sure everything is taken care of and is always in touch. Scott is always there to answer a call or text from me even on his weekends! There is truly no one better to trust with your property. He truly cares, and makes sure to be great to the tenants and me which I can't say I appreciate enough! I'm so thankful to have found them!
