Came in to pick up an online order. Let with a wealth of knowledge on seat covers. Ralph is the reason I'm leaving this review and why I will be coming back. His customer service is phenomenal and is rare in retail nowadays. Ralph is a true asset to Advance Auto and should get the recognition he deserves.

Moses went above and beyond for us!!! He diagnosed a check engine light error. The store closed at 9:00pm but he stayed open to help us. Our car is fixed!!!

Came in to buy a new battery for my car. Moses was extremely helpful and friendly. He never tried to sell me the most expensive things or get me to purchase unnecessary items - this happens all of the time at other auto places or mechanics being a female. I'll definitely be back

I first went to Advance Auto Parts in Redondo Beach. Excellent experience. Now that I moved to this area and needed help with my check engine light, I came to the Covina store. Another excellent experience! Kudos to management that hire excellent staff. They are courteous, knowledgeable and go the extra mile. Great customer service!
