It was about 3am & I wanted to grab some breakfast items for that morning, since I knew I probably wouldn't have had enough time to before catching the bus to work. So I WALKED to this 7-Eleven just to find out they were CLOSED!!!! Doors were locked, but lights were on inside & in the lot so.....? ? To top it off, as I was WALKING away I caught an employee inside peeking over one of the aisles looking right at me. Wow. Zero stars for customer service. Douchebag.

This store told us that we stealed something and we didn't and tried to make us pay 6 dollars for candy and their was a discount of 1 dollar

Clean, organized and pretty good. It has good customer service. I don't know why others are saying why a lady is rude, I don't know what day they went to 7-elevn but whatever that day that lady works, I just say that she should be nicer to others. That's my opinion, also the Takis are good, better than my grandma's... Anyways, it's pretty good to finally find a good area where the ground is not sticky because of the slurpee. My hands hurt... (Also stay skibidi ?)

Place is nice but the young lady that were mobbing the floor is not nice , when we check out she ask (that it?) with attitude and after she scanned all the items put her both hands on her wrist instead of handling items to customers.

Only a block away from home, but will not be coming here anymore. The young lady is always on her phone and distracted. I can wait for the gas station across the street to open as they will have drinks and snacks too.

I went in today trying to purchase a pair of Gatorade Fast Twitch. Despite the advertised discount sign of 2 for $4.50, the cashier tried to charge me $6.90. I asked what was going on, and she told me to try another flavor. When I brought two other bottles, same thing happened! She further told me her manager purchases these with no discounts all the time... I showed her multiple times the app's discount is good until August 1, and now is not even July 20! And the two bottles I brought to the counter initially were the dark blue ones featured in the app.After I told her this discount works at other stores, she eventually told me to try it elsewhere... I understand these discounts only work at "participating" locations; but since they had the sign, they are a participant!I really don't mind paying extra, bit this type of false advertising is shameful and ridiculous. Terrible, terrible business practices and bad customer service. I will avoid this branch at all times!

Shitty employers & service, some young lady there kept hitting my foot with the mop too & didn't seem to care also i bought some tiny tacos & they were all hard i couldn't even eat them. Last time i got a cookie there it was expired already which was gross.

The other day I bought two muffins , which they had a sign above them saying " $1 and the lady employee who is very mean and rude all the time , like the 2 men that work here , she charges me $ 2.49 each muffin , yesterday, then this morning she try's to charge me $2.49 for each muffin but I said very nicely to her " you charged me $2.49, you over charged me please don't do that again I would appreciate it." Oh that was the wrong thing to say to her , she started yelling and screaming at me " show me on the app show me on the app! ". I showed her the photo but she said to me while still yelling at me " you see you see ", she was behind the counter and she did something on the computer ( she must of deleted my 7 eleven account or something because it asked me to join to get rewards, I already have a 7 eleven account, I even told d her there is the sign above the muffin s she kept yelling and screaming " that doesn't count I don't care what the sign says stop arguing with me stop it ". ( I wasn't arguing with her at all nor was I yelling or screaming like her , at this location they never want to honor the rewards or anything, they are mean mean and rude to their customers I give them 3 months to last and I have reported them repeatedly to the main office and the state and weights and measures.
