Was my go-to stop for gas. Today I went in and got $20 of gas & pain reliever. Total was $27 and change. I gave clerk 2 $20 bills (I had just left an ATM so only had 20's). Clerk gave me $2 and change as my change from the purchase. I saw it was incorrect but moved slightly to my right so the lady behind me could do her business (which took time since she was doing her lottery purchases and had her head up her ---). I then explained to the clerk my change was wrong, as I had given him 2 Twenties. He immediately inferred I was being shady because I had moved to my right to allow other customers to make their purchases and looked thru my wallet to make sure I had given him 20's. No, you accusatory jerk, I was raised to be considerate of others and didn't want to hold up the line. I again politely told him I had handed him 2 twenty dollar bills, and to verify by checking the cameras if needed. He then pulls the receipt from the register and it showed I had given him $50!?!? With just 2 bills? (And if I actually had given him $50, he really ripped me off!!). I said again I handed him 2 $20's. He would not admit he made the mistake twice on his end, in putting in the wrong amount to begin with and with return change. I know better than to argue and call the police (or have them called on me, even though he was 100% in the wrong) on a civil matter, so I said I wasn't going to make a big deal over $10 he rightfully owed me, and left. I realize this store can get busy at times, but when I made my purchase, I was the only one at the counter, and waited while he put wings in, etc. Got a good side hustle going for himself.
Won't be returning and will encourage friends to do the same.

This gas station was on the way home from visiting upscale LA, CA today, so I decided pumping gas here instead of my usual AMPM from the 'City of Industry,' CA location. I parked at pump5, but when it was time to print receipt, the printer ran out of paper, or no one changed receipt rolls. I ended up having to go into the convenience store. I suppose a tad bit of a walk was fine, but I was in a rush to get home. This 7-Eleven's Gas Station was quite convenient as it was situated in a corner, so you can't miss it. This was just a quick change of mind visit....

Have a medical condition. I needed to use the restroom and was denied access to the restroom. According to the new Law of California 2023 you need to allow your customers access to your restroom in case of emergency.

Card got skimmed at the pump had to order a new card. Tried using my card, screen froze said to start over. Tried card again, thought nothing of it, went through, got gas. Got an alert 2 hours later, it said someone tried to take out $125 twice, got denied. Be careful and avoid this 711 til they fix it ( they probably won't ) in case it goes through.

I went to buy some scratchers on May 5th 2023 around 7pm, I was pick my last few tickets and the cashier clerk told me to hurry up because there was another customer waiting. I am a paying customer also pick my hopefully winning tickets.

This is my first time at this 7 eleven and Santos was so very helpful and kind! The lock for the restroom was not working, and there was an out of service sign on it, but he let me use it anyways with a heads up about that. I really appreciated that because I really needed to use the restroom. So that was really nice of him to let me use it. The restroom was very clean. I had to also buy a charger for my Android and he helped me get a more inexpensive one at check out which I also really appreciated. He was genuinely kind and helpful! Thank you for making my day better as well as giving me a good deal on things I needed! I definitely want to come back to this 7 eleven if I need to pick up anything I might need in this area. There always are a great selection of candy, drinks, snacks, hot foods, lighters, chargers, restroom, and first aid light medical type of items. It's a great patch up or pick me up type of place to swing by!

Terrible terrible gas station. Used my card at the pump and the screen froze. Checked my bank statement and it's says -125.00 didn't put any gas. Went inside and the cashiers were confused said it has nothing to do with them. DONT COME HERE TO PUT GAS!!!!!!

Doesn’t have Ghost energy drinks, and or the deals that come along with most energy drinks/water like others do but most importantly… they charge more for their items than others do and the dude at the register is like super depressed.

Unfortunately this 7-11 has gone downhill since the pandemic has started. I’ve gone in multiple times through the year and there’s always a homeless problem outside and while most of the people aren’t problematic, there is a couple of them that are aggressive. The management really doesn’t care what they are doing outside and really don’t take care of the store either

The morning lady is EXTREMELY rude! I have gone in there to get gas instead of attending me she goes you can wait gives me the finger and continues wiping down the counters. Today went in there again and another guy called for her attention while she's smoking her cigarette near the door and flat out says f****n b***h. If you do not like your job QUIT!
