“I was looking for block ice local, and this came up, supposedly called Cottonwood Grocery. Nope...it's the smoke shop. I've been there many times, & everyone there is way awesome! If I didn't know better, I would have assumed all the employees were part owners!”

“I know they are a little more expensive than many other places but they are still pretty cool in my book. One time I went there and I was not able to purchase the item i needed right then, so the clerk literally loaned me a smallpox version for the weekend so I would not run out before I got paid. The first thing I did on payday was to go to the smoke shop and pay my debt cause she did not have to do that for me. I need to qualify the fact that I have been a paying customer for years and I am not promoting that she would be inclined to do that for everyone. So yeah, I think that this store is the bees knees and I would highly recommend it.”

“Went there 3 days ago and bought an item went into Redding to pick-up something got home and I left the item at the store. I called the store no answer so I sent them a text message and got an immediate response that I left my item there so I ran back down to the store and picked up my item
