Such a neat place to mail stuff, and the best part is they mail multiple ways. We had UPS and FedEx, and they took both, unlike the regular spots that only deal with one carrier. This is our new go-to shipping place. Oh, one of the other perks.....no hassle parking!

Great place! They have mailboxes for rent plus they do full ups and fed ex shipping. They can pack it, too, to keep your fragile things safe. Awesome to have a business this valuable in Cottonwood. I use it for all my Amazon returns. They are so very nice in there!!!

The “Shipping Store” saved us while traveling full time on the road. Thanks to Cameron we set up delivery of our Starlink package to the store. He was so very helpful while taking our call and trying to help us figure out how it would work out. It was so refreshing to find such a personable employee who wants to make it all work. Package finally delivered and we received a call from him right away that it arrived. Charge for all this was $5We will always think of using this shop when we pass through Cottonwood

This shipping store is the ONLY store in shasta county that I've found that Carry's PAPERMATE brand white out. It dries instantly and has the smoothest sponge applicator. Doesn't break and get clogged like all those white out correction tapes do. Everywhere else Carry's BIC brand. And I hate it!! Let's just say I don't use this store for anything. Have never shipped from there or received a package from there. I was killing time one day and popped in. And now I am a regular customer. Simply due to their white out. AND... the amazing customer service. The young man that works the counter is friendly and polite and very helpful. Highly recommend this Shipping Store for all your shipping needs. And white out needs as well, of course!!

I would never go here again for anything. I went here to print off ONE piece of paper... I was charged $5.00 for one piece of paper.... Really... Come on guys do better!!!!

Soooo awesome! I've been trying to find a place to send back my Spectrum equipment, finally found The Shipping Store. It was crowded when I walked in, but the line moved exceptionally quick. I was nervous about my return but the guy handled like it was no big deal. Really reassured me. He also kept fun conversation while he was pressing everything. I will definitely be coming back!

That is so interesting Cathy because I was also hung up on by a man at this shipping store. I dropped off a package for UPS two weeks ago and now the package is lost. UPS has no record of receiving it from the shipping store. The man I spoke to refused to help in any way. He said that he has been doing this for years and has sent out 24,000 packages and they just get lost all the time. He ended up calling me a sad woman and hung up on me. Completely outrageous customer service. Never go here.

Yesterday I dropped off a Fed-Ex package of escrow documents at 4:30 p.m. with a priority overnight label. I did not understand that I had missed the pick up time of 3:00 as it is not posted anywhere and the very nice man who helped me didn't mention it.When I discovered today that the package had not gone out i called the store and spoke to a female employee. I explained the situation and that I hadn't realized the documents where not picked up the night before. She said it was my responsibility to ask and that it is posted on their website. I wouldn't be looking at the website if I'm standing in the store. I told her that as a customer I would not know to ask and that to better serve future customers it would be very helpful to post the cutoff in the store and to volunteer that information when processing the transaction. She insisted that its my problem, that they are not experts on shipping (I hope UPS & FED ex corp are aware of this), and hung up on me.This is not good or proactive customer service.
