I wish I could give negative stats... I have heard many many many many horror stories after getting my horse put down. This vet does not want to run any tests. Will not weight tape your horse she didn't even have one!!!!! Her goal is to put your horse down and get money from it. Absolutely disgusting. She laughed at me for telling my horse not to eat bad hay that was used to soak up water in an open shed the day I was putting him down laughed and laughed and said after today, that's the LEAST of his concerns AND KEPT LAUGHING. He didn't need to be put down either, but she insisted, and I had no way to haul to another vet at the time. They had to sedate him to even euthanize him. The vet tech wasn't listening at all. She had to tell her about four times to bring my horse over to her. Then, once they sedated him, they told me they would let me know when he went down so I could say goodbye, but I herd it all. I turned and they said don't approach. He wasn't acting bad or thrashing he laid there.... they did not guide him away from the needle like most do so the whole needle and vile shot so far into his neck that blood was running out everywhere with a MASSIVE HOLE. They threw their knees down onhis eyes so hard and kept their hands on his face so he couldn't see and waited for him to pass on. They didn't let me say bye.... it was minutes and minutes before he passed and they told me he was gone and now I could say goodbye to him he wanted ME during this time as id always hug his neck when the vet was tending to him.... Approached him his eyes were shattered like glass. They dug their knees into my boys face so hard it literally broke his eyes SHATTERED LIKE GLASS.... I closed his poor eyes after they walked away. And they came back up as I'm crying on his face and said you have somebody to haul him off right? And left. It's taking me months to write this review because I am so heartbroken... if you care about your animals, please reconsider going to this vet... so many people I know have similar horror stories

I love the care I get at both the Large Animal Clinic and the Small Animal Clinic. I love the gentleness and knowledge the doctors have when working with my animals. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Dr. Steve Loncosky, his care for both my horses and German Shepherds has gone above and beyond. Dr Kevin is also outstanding and a family favorite. Their staff is always kind and helpful, the new online waitlist is amazing. I drive all the way from West Redding to see them.

I had my 32 year old horse's teeth floated. My quote was comparable to the going rate and I was present for the whole procedure. He had 4 that were extracted, two of which she pulled out with her hands. I received the bill for 4x the original cost for the removals. They did not let me know this would be extra and went well outside my budget. A warning would have been appreciated. Clean facility, nice people but next time give full disclosure.

I waited 2 1/2 hours just for them to tell me I would have to wait another 2 hours to see a vet or have my cat put down. Saturday is walk in only and I was around 10th in line. If I could put negative stars on here I would. My cat died a horrible death

I brought my pet here because she wasn't eating and the vet did x-rays and prescribed some medication and within days my girl had recovered fully. The wait to be seen wasn't that bad either. Very satisfied with my pets medical care here.

Great place. They always help us with our horse, cows, pigs, dogs, you name it. Very knowledgeable vets, excellent support staff. We recently had a vet check on a horse we were purchasing. Steve found the horse was lame and saved us a fortune. My daughter was going to spend her 4H money to buy this horse for barrel racing. I am so grateful for this team of professionals. I always know they have my back.

Last Saturday, I took my horse in at 5:00pm for colic symptoms. Dr. Holland was there and completed assessments to determine course of treatment. Unfortunately, my horse appeared to have stomach twist and was not going to survive. I was heart broken. She was kind and compassionate; ultimately she put him down in the back of the trailer for us to take home. I was so sad, mad, shocked, angry, confused, etc. I spoke to Dr. Loncosky the following Monday, still emotional and upset. He did a wonderful job explaining Dr. Holland's rationale for not engaging in more aggressive treatment. He gave me reassurance and education on colic and received my concerns with respect and integrity. I want to acknowledge how hard It must be on the vets and staff to watch owners grieve, to realize there Is nothing that can be done to save the animal, and in the end, having to euthanize. I appreciate Dr. Holland and Dr. Loncosky; I will defiantly bring my animals back here in the future.
