Friendly & knowledgeable. Joy is a wonderful person. The options for purchasing a shed are helpful whether you decide to finance or just pay cash.She goes over everything with you before & after signing. I'd check out the rent to own option. It's worth it. We would definitely do business with her again.

Really easy experience. Called at 2:30 Joy answered all my questions and had sheds in stock. Drove down there and met Joy, she was awesome to work with, friendly, and honest. I was out in no time. Sheds are well built and a good price!

I found Cottonwood Sheds while exploring to expand our house. I loved that they came from the Bay Area like us. When our family decided it was times months and months later we went to a different location that was closer to home. We just weren’t happy with what we were told. Then I called cottonwood sheds and Joys husband answered the phone. I remember he was heading on an airplane but he still took my call. He gave me his wife’s number who I called and we talked and talked. They are not affiliated with the other shed company I had went too. I piled my family in the car drove to cottonwood and met Joy. She was honest, she showed us the difference in each shed. She listened to what we wanted and why we wanted it. She told us what she would do and gave us ideas. She was real. We left. Knowing we liked what we heard but needed to figure a few things out. I called her the next day and said we want it. I met her a week later signed paperwork and I just can’t thank her and her Husband enough. The office was perfect it kept all four of my kids busy while I could sign. If your looking for a shed or metal building. Call Joy she is a true gift. She has great customer service skills and it’s not about the money it’s about the client. Our family definitely trusts her! Thank you Joy for everything!

We bought a shed and a metal building from Cottonwood Sheds and Metal Buildings. We are very happy with our purchases and would recommend them to anyone. I know of 3 people already that we have referred because they liked ours and asked where we got it. The problem with buying a shed is....everything.You need a place to put it, preferably level.Maybe even a foundation, but probably not. Some gravel, a few concrete blocks...Then there's the picking out the shed itself. Roof? Floors? Windows? Porch or no porch? Permit or no permit?And, of course...how am I going to get it, exactly? Forklift? Is it actually pre-built and delivered whole?Do I have to 'some assembly required' this damn thing? Like a jumbo Ikea?Enter cottonwood sheds. There's a person there. Her name is Joy. Fitting.And she actual quirks there, with a desk, a computer and answers to your questions. She even gas a 'Vanna White' display if all your options.She can build a visual image of everything you want, where you want. In different colors.Fast.That last part is crucial. Shed shopping is a bit....dry. Even tedious.So getting all your options, colors, sizes and delivery worked out and done in less than 30 min is rewarding.Super easy.Highly recommend.Oh....they do custom options, build to suit. Factory located in Orland, which is right down the road from Redding. Which means they are local. Even better.Make your life easy. Get off the computer, trying to build your own. Screw that. Go to Cottonwood sheds, take 30 min, get exactly what you want, all questions answered, and be done with it.Your welcome.

My fiancé and I ended up going down to see the sheds in person with Joy. She was so friendly, kind and understood what we needed to fit our growing family.
