Came to do laundry as my washer broke down. They were packed with customers. The janitor was doing her personal laundry while doing a camp for kids laundry. When her personal laundry was done she left it in the washer. I asked her if she could take it out. With an attitude deflected my question and did it when she felt like it. It's the point of her attitude that bothers me. I then called the owner and he deflected as well! Didn't apologize for his employee' attitude.

I would never go anywhere else beside this beautiful and clean place. Felicia such a treasure!! She's one of the most kindest person I ever met. Yes there's time that she's busy she's not in the mood but she would never been too busy when asked for help.

This place is awesome!! It’s always clean! Never a wait for the machines! They play classic rock music videos & the one gal that’s always there on Sundays is THE sweetest, nicest & most helpful I’ve ever met!!But don’t tell anyone! It’s the best kept secret of SoCo!! :)

Aside from feeling uncomfortable the whole time from creepy dudes staring at me & following me around the laundromat & their wives or girlfriends shooting daggars at me..The dryers suck 4mins for .25 cents, I did 28mins for a small load & I've got my towels & hoodies hanging to dry today. Everything else I can pretend was dry with it raining today.Today I went to use my debit card at Target & got declined. Got on my bank app and there's 4 transactions from WiFi wash. .25 for a dryer cuz I ran out of quarters. $8 my 2 loads $4x2. One for $15 and a second one for $15!When I called I was told, "oh that's just what the system does to make sure u have money. It should come off in 72hrs and charge u the correct price. "But it already did!! I was charged the $8.25 I spent, then an additional $30.. that will what? Adjust to zero? Meanwhile I can't use my money I didn't spend, until they release it.. I'm not sure why we've not made this practice illegal yet.

we used this service for wash and fold for our home and vacation rental. when they completed the work it was mostly well done, mostly linens , and towels . we had to stop using their service after being a customer for several years. when we went to pick up the items during hours they had indicated they would have the pick up office open......they were closed frequently. This resulted in having to call them frequently hoping for a returned call, to then make another 25 min trip to pick up our laundry, This went on for months. Calls from me were rarely returned! We have since switched to a more reliable laundry service nearby.

I really appreciate WiFi Wash! The attendants, especially the gal who works on Tuesday nights are all very helpful & hardworking. She is very personable & friendly. She takes a lot of pride in her work. The facility is very clean & the machines & dryers are well maintained. Parking is plentiful & there is a good variety of restaurants a few steps away if you need to pass the time. The hours are perfect for my schedule. The location is convenient & centrally located in the heart & hub of Cotati.

Was told I couldn't dry my laundry when it was only 8:00 because there weren't any other customers, basically shewed me away. She excepted 50 cents in nickels for 2quarters. Then told me they don't except that kind of change. She made sure that everyone herd her tell me

Great place but not limiting washers and dryers per house hold is ridiculous! Two ppl taking up everything at a time when others need to wash their clothes is bs.

Quick and easy, accepts credit cards which was nice, the Wi-Fi they offered was spotty but the machines worked great and cleaned and dried quickly and effectively

So it is OK for employees to bring animals that are not service animals into a.laundromat? Some people have allergies. Some people do not like the smell of dogs. And the smell can carry onto clothes. This dog was barking and I had no choice but to leave. This "emotional support" animal trend is getting out of line.
